नौकरी के बदले जमीन मामले में पूर्व सीएम राबड़ी देवी और उनकी दोनों बेटियों को मिली अंतरिम जमानत

पटना: बिहार की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री राबड़ी देवी और उनकी दोनों बेटियों मीसा भारती और हेमा यादव को नौकरी मामले में आज 28 फरवरी तक अंतरिम जमानत दे दी गई। वे कथित तौर पर मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में आरोपी हैं। यह घोटाला कथित तौर पर तब हुआ था जब लालू प्रसाद यूपीए-1 में रेल मंत्री थे। आरोप है कि 2004 से 2006 तक रेलवे के विभिन्न जोन में कई लोगों को ग्रुप-डी में नियुक्त किया गया था।

आरोप है कि यह जमीन तत्कालीन रेल मंत्री के परिवार के सदस्यों और ए.के इंफोसिस्टम प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को हस्तांतरित कर दी गई थी। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने अपने 4751 पन्नों में दो कंपनियों समेत कुल 7 लोगों को आरोपी बनाया है. मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में शामिल होने के लिए आरोपी व्यक्तियों और कंपनियों को मुकदमे का सामना करने के लिए बुलाया गया था।

ईडी द्वारा नियमित जमानत याचिकाओं पर जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए समय मांगे जाने के बाद विशेष न्यायाधीश विशाल गोगने ने यह आदेश पारित किया
आरोपी व्यक्तियों द्वारा मांगी गई।

Ex- CM Rabri Devi and her two daughters get Interim bails in the land -for job case.

Patna: Former Bihar chief Minister, Rabri Devi and her two daughters– Misa Bharti and Hema yada were granted interim bail till February 28 in- the- land for jobs case today. They are allegedly accused in a money laundering case.
This scam allegedly took place when Lalu Prasad was Railway Minister in UPA-1. It is alleged that several people were appointed to Group- D from 2004 to 2006. in various zones of the Railways. It is alleged that the land had been transferred to the family members of the then Railway minister and A. K Infosystem pvt Ltd.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED), in its 4751 pages, has made a total of 7 people accused including two companies. The accused persons and the companies were summoned to face the trials for being involved in a money laundering case. The order was passed by the Special Judge Vishal Gogne after the ED sought time to file a reply to the regular bail applications
sought by the accused persons.
