*फ्रॉड : पुष्पा झुकेगा नहीं साला..सॉफ्टवेयर से रेलवे टिकट छपरा में कैफे संचालक गिरफ्तार; अब तक 50 लाख से ज्यादा की कर चुका है बुकिंग*

*छपरा :* छपरा में एक कैफे संचालक पुष्पा झुकेगा नहीं साला नाम के सॉफ्टवेयर से ट्रेन और फ्लाइट्स के अवैध ई-टिकट बुक कर रहा था। आरपीएफ ने कैफे संचालक को गिरफ्तार किया है। यह दलाल बनकर ट्रेन और फ्लाइट्स के अवैध ई-टिकट ग्राहकों को महंगे दामों में बेचता था। साइबर कैफे संचालक गलत तरीके से अवैध सॉफ्टवेयर का इस्तेमाल कर रेलवे का टिकट बुक करता था।

आरोपी तरैया थाना क्षेत्र की देवड़ी से गिरफ्तार किया गया है। अब तक इस सॉफ्टवेयर से उसने लगभग 50 लाख रुपए के टिकट बुक किए गए हैं। इसकी जानकारी RPF इंस्पेक्टर मुकेश कुमार सिंह ने दी है।

*अवैध तरीके से कर रहा था टिकट बुक*

गिरफ्तार साइबर कैफे संचालक की पहचान तरैया थाना क्षेत्र के देवड़ी निवासी रंजन कुमार (28) पिता सुदामा सिंह के रूप में हुई है। पकड़े गए युवक के पास से कंप्यूटर, लैपटॉप, 54 हजार रुपए के टिकट और 14 हजार रुपए कैश बरामद किए गए हैं। फिलहाल आरपीएफ ने केस दर्ज कर उसे जेल भेज दिया है।

आरोपी साइबर कैफे संचालक के पास से अलग-अलग नंबर से 11 आईडी बरामद हुई है। इससे वह प्रतिबंधित सॉफ्टवेयर ‘पुष्पा जीएफ झुकेगा नहीं ….’ से लॉगइन कर अवैध तरीके से टिकट की बिक्री करता था। आरोपी पूरे सारण जिले सहित आसपास के जिलों में भी कन्फर्म टिकट और तत्काल टिकट बेच रहा था। 4 से 5 हजार रुपए ज्यादा लेकर टिकट बेचता था।

मीडिया से बात करते हुए आरपीएफ प्रभारी मुकेश कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि आरोपी पहले भी कई तरह के प्रतिबंध सॉफ्टवेयर का इस्तेमाल कर चुका है। नेक्सस, ब्रोक पर भी यह टिकट बुक कर लोगों के बीच बेचता था। अभी नए सॉफ्टवेयर पुष्पा जीएफ झुकेगा नहीं …. से अवैध तरीके से लगातार टिकट का बुकिंग कर रहा था।

वर्चुअल तरीके से सॉफ्टवेयर की खरीद बिक्री करता था

आरोपी रंजन ने बताया कि इंटरनेट के माध्यम से वर्चुअल नंबर का इस्तेमाल कर सॉफ्टवेयर की खरीद बिक्री करता था। सॉफ्टवेयर बेचने वाले लोगों से वर्चुअल माध्यम से समय-समय पर अलग-अलग आईडी और पासवर्ड मिलता था।

इससे अलग-अलग कई आईडी एक साथ सॉफ्टवेयर में जनरेट की जाती है। उस आईडी से टिकट बुक किया जाता है। पुष्पा जीएफ झुकेगा नहीं …. सॉफ्टवेयर भी वर्चुअल मोड पर खरीदा गया था। बिक्री करने वाले लोगों से वर्चुअल रूप से ही संपर्क हो पाता है।

*टिकट बुकिंग के लिए अवैध सॉफ्टवेयर का क्या मतलब है?*

रेल टिकट बुकिंग के दो तरीके हैं। पहला देशभर के रेलवे काउंटरों पर जाकर ऑफलाइन तरीके से या दूसरा IRCTC (इंडियन रेलवे कैटरिंग एंड टूरिज्म कॉरपोरेशन) की वेबसाइट या मोबाइल एप के द्वारा ऑनलाइन तरीके से। ऑनलाइन टिकट बुकिंग के लिए IRCTC की वेबसाइट के ही कई क्लोन वर्जन बना लिए गए हैं। इन्हें ब्लैक डीएस, रियल मैंगो, रेड बुल आदि नामों से जाना जाता है।

ऐसा ही एक नया सॉफ्टवेयर ‘पुष्पा जीएफ’ है। एक्सपर्ट्स के अनुसार IRCTC की वेबसाइट में कई लूपहोल्स हैं, इनका इस्तेमाल करके ही ये क्लोन वर्जन बनाए जाते हैं।

*बुकिंग में लगने वाला वक्त कम करते हैं, कैप्चा बाइपास करते हैं*

इन क्लोन वेबसाइट की खासियत है कि ये टिकट बुकिंग में लगने वाले समय को सेकेंड्स से घटाकर माइक्रो सेकेंड तक ले आते हैं। जैसे-साइट पर सभी डिटेल देने के बाद फाइनल बुकिंग के वक्त सिस्टम आम तौर पर 2 से 3 सेकेंड का वक्त लेता है। इन क्लोन साइट्स के द्वारा इस 2-3 सेकेंड को ही आधे से एक सेकेंड तक लाया जा सकता है।

ये साइट्स ऑटोमैटिक तरीके से बुकिंग फॉर्म में सारी जानकारी फीड करते हैं। इस कारण इनसे एक बार में कई आईडी के द्वारा कई टिकट बुक किए जा सकते हैं। इसका नुकसान उन आम लोगों को उठाना पड़ता है, जो काउंटर से जाकर टिकट बुकिंग कराते हैं या सामान्य तरीके से ऑनलाइन बुकिंग करते हैं।

इसका सबसे बड़ा नुकसान तत्काल टिकट बुक करने वालों को भी होता है। चूंकि इन सॉफटवेयर से की गई बुकिंग माइक्रो सेकेंड में हो जाती है, इसलिए अगर ये टिकट वेटिंग में भी बनते हैं तो पहले कंफर्म होते हैं। क्योंकि इनका PNR नंबर उस PNR से पहले होता है, जो टिकट उसी वक्त काउंटर से बुक किए जाते हैं।

साथ ही ये क्लोन वेबसाइट्स V2-V3 कैप्चा को भी बाइपास करते हैं। कैप्चा का इस्तेमाल यह पता करने के लिए किया जाता है कि टिकट बुकिंग करने वाला वास्तविक इंसान है कि नहीं।

*अवैध माने जाते हैं ऐसे टिकट*

रेलवे एक्ट के सेक्शन-143 के अनुसार यूजर के वेरिफिकेशन के लिए IRCTC पर टिकट बुकिंग करने में आमतौर पर ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर मांगा जाता है। इन साइट्स से फेक आईडी और फेक नंबर जेनरेट किए जाते हैं, जिन पर वेरिफिकेशन के लिए ओटीपी भेजा जाता है। इसलिए ऐसे टिकट अवैध माने जाते हैं।

* Chhapra :* A cafe operator in Chhapra was booking illegal e-tickets for trains and flights with a software named Pushpa Jhukega Nahi Sala. RPF has arrested the cafe operator. He used to sell illegal e-tickets of trains and flights to the customers by becoming a broker at an expensive price. The cyber cafe operator used to book railway tickets in a wrong way using illegal software.

The accused has been arrested from Deori of Taraiya police station area. So far he has booked tickets worth about Rs 50 lakh with this software. This information has been given by RPF Inspector Mukesh Kumar Singh.

The arrested cyber cafe operator has been identified as Sudama Singh’s father, Ranjan Kumar (28), a resident of Devdi under Taraiya police station area. Computer, laptop, tickets worth Rs 54,000 and cash of Rs 14,000 have been recovered from the arrested youth. At present, RPF has registered a case and sent him to jail.

11 IDs from different numbers have been recovered from the accused cyber cafe operator. Due to this, he used to sell tickets illegally by logging in with the banned software ‘Pushpa GF Jhukega Nahi….’. The accused was selling confirmed tickets and Tatkal tickets in the entire Saran district including adjoining districts. He used to sell tickets for 4 to 5 thousand rupees more.

Talking to the media, RPF in-charge Mukesh Kumar Singh said that the accused had used different types of ban software in the past as well. Nexus used to book tickets on Broke and sell them among people. Now with the new software Pushpa GF Jhukega Nahi…. was continuously booking tickets illegally.

Virtually used to buy and sell software

Accused Ranjan said that he used to buy and sell software using virtual numbers through the Internet. From time to time, different IDs and passwords were received through virtual means from the people selling the software.

Due to this, many different IDs are generated simultaneously in the software. Tickets are booked with that ID. Pushpa GF Jhukega Nahi …. The software was also bought on virtual mode. Sales people can be contacted virtually only.

*What is meant by illegal software for ticket booking?*

There are two ways of booking train tickets. First offline by visiting railway counters across the country or second online through IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) website or mobile app. Many cloned versions of the IRCTC website have been made for online ticket booking. These are known by the names Black DS, Real Mango, Red Bull etc.

One such new software is ‘Pushpa GF’. According to experts, there are many loopholes in the IRCTC website, these cloned versions are made by using them.

*Reduces booking time, bypasses captcha*

The specialty of these cloned websites is that they bring down the ticket booking time from seconds to microseconds. For example, after giving all the details on the site, the system usually takes 2 to 3 seconds at the time of final booking. Through these clone sites, this 2-3 seconds can be brought down to half a second.

These sites automatically feed all the information into the booking form. Due to this, multiple tickets can be booked through multiple IDs at a time. The loss of this has to be borne by those common people, who book tickets by going to the counter or do online booking in the normal way.

Its biggest loss is also to those who book Tatkal tickets. Since the booking done with these software is done in micro seconds, so even if these tickets are made in waiting, they get confirmed first. Because their PNR number is before that PNR, the tickets which are booked from the counter at the same time.

Also, these cloned websites bypass V2-V3 captcha as well. Captcha is used to ascertain whether the person booking the ticket is a genuine person or not.

According to Section-143 of the Railway Act, email ID and mobile number are usually asked for ticket booking on IRCTC for user verification. these sites Fake IDs and fake numbers are generated from which OTP is sent for verification. Therefore such tickets are considered invalid.
