विकास से। कोसों दूर कोंकादासा गांव आज भी मूलभूत सुविधाओं से बंचित है, यहां के आदिवासी परिवार का दलमा सेंचुरी पर जीवन निर्भर है*
सरायकेला : कोल्हान के पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिले के बड़ाम प्रखण्ड क्षेत्र अंतर्गत दलमा गज परियोजना वाइल्ड लाइफ सेंचुरी के कोंकादासा गांव जंगल की बिहोड़ो में बसा हुआ आदिवासी बहुल गांव है।यहां भूमीज मुंडा और एक सावताल 26/28 परिवार बसवास करते है.
झारखंड राज्य बने 22 बर्ष के ऊपर होने जा रहा है। महज 8 महीना के बाद फिर चुनाव आने वाला है।फिर भी इस गांव में मूलभूत सुविधा से बंचित रहे यह आदिवासी परिवार के लोग ।मनोज सिंह। सरदार ने कहा चुनाव आते ही नेता मंत्री के दलाल द्वारा वोट मांगने और बड़े-बड़े वायदे करने पहुंच जाते हैं,ओर बड़े कसमें लेने के बाद ,मतदान की परिणाम जितने बाद यह लोग पांच बर्ष तक झांकते भी नही ।
आजतक हमारे सुधी लेने नही पहुंचते है। न सांसद ना विधायक न मंत्री इस गांव में पहुंचते हैं।जिला स्तर से प्रखण्ड स्तर के पदाधिकारी हमारे बीच आजतक नहीं पहुंचे । दुर्भागय तो यह है कि चुनाव के दौरान ग्रामीण जंगल की बीहड़ों में होते 20 किलोमीटर दूरी तय करके बौटा मतदान केंद्र पहुंचते हैं और आपने बहुमत मतदान देकर जंगल होते गांव पहुंच जाते हैं ।। और विकास की किरण का इंतजार करते रहते है ।ओर यूंही पांच बर्ष निकल जाते कितने विधायक संसद बने और चले गए आज भी इनके गांव सरकारी तंत्र के विकास योजनाओं से वंचित रह जाते हैं।
*किया रहे कमी सड़क बिजली स्वास्थ्य केंद्र शुद्ध पेय जल ।मुख्यालय से 30 किलो मीटर दूरी यह गांव बसे कोई परिवार के लोगो गांव छोड़कर भाग गए ।आपने बुजर्ग माता और बहन को छोड़कर उनके हॉल पर । उन परिवार के माता और बेटी टूटे मकान में रहने पर मजबूर है।एक तरफ घर के मुख्य खुटा टूटे और झुके है कब घिर जाएगा कहना मुश्किल हे।
बारी बारिश होने पर घर ढह जायेगा। इन परिवार के लोगो को आजतक केंद्र सरकार और राज्य सरकार द्वारा कोई योजना इस क्षेत्र में कार्य नही पहुंचा । अबतक पीएम आवास उपलब्ध नहीं हुआ। जबकि इस क्षेत्र के आदिवासी लोगो का आपने आशियाना टूटे पड़े है।उसको मरम्मति धनकी अभाव से मकान को ठीक नही करा पाए ओर उसी में बच्चे के साथ रहने पर मजबूर हैं । अधिकांश घर मिट्टी का दीवार से छत खड़ से बने है।घर की छत पर पलास्टिक
लगाया गया है कोई घरों में दरवाजा नही है फिर भी यह लोगो जीने पर मजबूर हे।कोई दर्शको से यह जीवन के साथ। संघर्ष करते रहते है। आज आपने मातृ भूमि को छोड़ने पर मजबूर हो गये हैं।
आज यह कोंकादासा गांव लोग “वाइल्ड लाइफ सेंचुरी” की गज परियोजना में हाथी ,रॉयल बंगाल टाईगर, चीता,भालू, ,आदि खुंकार जानवरों के बीच। जीवन यापन करने पर मजबूर हैं ,साथ ही अजगर सांप,कोबरा, आदि वन्य जीवजंतु के साथ रहते हे लोग ।
इन लोगो के जीवन में उच्च शिक्षा की कमी है ,।आंगनबाड़ी ,प्राथमिक स्कूल है। परंतु स्वास्थ्य केंद्र नही रहने के कारण लोगो को सांप बिंछू आदि काटने से लोगो का मौ त हो जाती है,कोई सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं रहा 30 किलोमीटर दूरी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ केंद्र है।जहां दिन हो या रात्रि अस्पताल ले जाने के दौरान दम तोड़ देता है।इस गांव में कोई कोई बेटी बहन शादी विवाह कराने में हिचकता है।
Seraikela: Konkadasa village of Dalma Gaj Project Wildlife Sanctuary, under Badam Block area of East Singhbhum district of Kolhan, is a tribal-dominated village situated in the thicket of the forest. Bhumij Munda and a Savatal 26/28 families live here.

Office bearers from the district level to the block level have not reached us till date. It is unfortunate that during the elections, the villagers travel 20 kms through the ravines of the forest to reach the polling station and you cast your majority vote and reach the village through the forest. And keep waiting for the ray of development. And just as five years pass, how many MLAs become parliament and leave, even today their villages remain deprived of the development schemes of the government system.
* There is lack of road, electricity, health center, pure drinking water. Some family members settled in this village, 30 kilometers away from the headquarter, left the village and ran away. You left the elderly mother and sister at their hall. The mother and daughter of that family are forced to live in a broken house. On the one hand, the main pillars of the house are broken and bowed, it is difficult to say when it will be covered.
The house will collapse when it rains again. Till date, no scheme by the central government and the state government has reached the people of these families. Till now PM house is not available. While the houses of the tribal people of this area are broken. Due to lack of funds, they could not repair the house and are forced to live in it with the child. It has been installed, there is no door in any house, yet these people are forced to live. Keep on fighting. Today you have been forced to leave your motherland.
Today this Konkadasa village people in the yard project of “Wild Life Century” elephant, royal Bengal tiger, cheetah, bear, etc. among the roaring animals. People are forced to live, as well as python, snake, cobra, etc. live with wild animals.
There is a lack of higher education in the lives of these people. Anganwadi is a primary school. But due to non-availability of health center, people die due to snake bite etc. No facility is available, community health center is 30 kilometers away. Where he dies while being taken to the hospital, be it day or night. In this village, some daughter and sister hesitate to get married.
