कांड्रा पंचायत अंतर्गत कांड्रा एसकेजी मैदान के समीप उदय शंकर सिन्हा जी के घर के पीछे लगा चापाकल आज कई महीनों से खराब पड़ा है, लेकिन चापाकल की मरम्मती करने की सुध किसी को नहीं है ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि कांड्रा पंचायत के माध्यम से कांड्रा पंचायत में कई जगहों पर सोलर जल मीनार लगाया गया पर हमारे यहां न खराब पड़े चापाकल की मरम्मती किया गया और न ही सोलर जल मीनार लगाया गया. वहीं

ग्रामीण ने बताया कि चापाकल की मरम्मत के लिए पंचायत में भी इसकी सूचना दी है पर आज एक महीना हो गया पर चापाकल को ठीक नहीं किया गया. बताया गया कि चापाकल खराब हो जाने के कारण गर्मी में पानी की काफी दिक्कत हो रही है. वहीं
ग्रामीणों ने चापाकल की मरम्मती के लिए गुहार लगाई है.
उन्होंने कहा कि जल्द ही कांड्रा पंचायत के तरफ से इस खराब पड़े चापाकल की मरम्मती किया जाए ताकि हम लोग को पानी की असुविधा न हो .
