गिरिडीह:मछली लदे वाहन को छोड़ने के लिए मांगी रिश्वत, फोन-पे पर मंगाया पैसा, आरोपी थानेदार निलंबित,एक साल में दूसरी बार निलंबित हुए

गिरिडीह: झरखण्ड के गिरिडीह जिले के डुमरी थाना परिसर से वाहन में लदी मछली को अपने चहेतों के बीच बांटने और वाहन छोड़ने के लिए रिश्वत की राशि को फोन पे में मंगाने के आरोप में गिरिडीह के एसपी ने डुमरी थाना प्रभारी सहित दो आरक्षियों और एक आरक्षी चालक को निलंबित कर लाइन हाजिर कर दिया है।

बता दें कि वाहन संख्या बीआर 06 जी ई 9308 पर बंगाल से 10 क्विंटल 36 किलो मछली लोड कर मोतीहारी जा रहा था। 27 जनवरी की सुबह जब वह कुलगो टोल प्लाजा से पार कर रहा था।इसी दौरान एक ट्रक से बचने के क्रम में वाहन पलट गया, जिससे कुछ मछली सड़क पर गिर गई। इसमें लगभग दो क्विंटल मछली मौके पर राहगीरों ने लूट ली। कुछ देर बाद डुमरी पुलिस वहां पहुंची और गिरी हुई बचा मछली वाहन पर रखवा कर थाना ले गई। चालक के अनुसार वाहन में लगभग 8 क्विंटल मछली बच गई थी।

आराेप है कि वाहन चालक ने बची मछली को दूसरी गाड़ी से ले जाने की गुजारिश डुमरी थाना प्रभारी गोपाल कुमार महतो से की, लेकिन थाना प्रभारी नहीं माने। इसके बाद वाहन चालक और खलासी के सामने ही थाना परिसर से थाना प्रभारी ने बची हुई मछलियों को अपने चहेतों और अन्य लोगों में बंटवा दिया। बताया जाता है कि इस दौरान थाना प्रभारी के एक चहेता स्वीफ्ट डिजायर कार में दो बोरा मछली लाद कर ले गया।

आराेप यह भी है कि थाना प्रभारी ने वाहन छोड़ने के लिए 10 हजार रुपए मांगे। जब चालक ने रुपया नहीं होने की बात कही तो उन्होने एक मोबाइल नंबर देकर कहा कि इसमें रुपया भेज दो। मजबूर होकर चालक ने उस नंबर पर फोन पे से 6 हजार रूपया भेज दिया। इसके बाबजूद थाना प्रभारी ने और रुपए की मांग करते हुए वाहन नहीं छोड़ा और चालक और खलासी को गाली -गलौज करते थाना से निकाल दिया।इसके बाद चालक बिहार स्थित मोतीहारी जिला के हरसिद्ध निवासी जीतेंद्र यादव ने गिरिडीह एसपी को आवेदन देकर न्याय की गुहार लगायी। मामले का वीडियो और चालक की आपबीती सोशल मीडिया में वायरल होते ही पुलिस महकमा सकते में आ गया।

इधर मामला उस समय और तूल पकड़ा जब पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री बाबूलाल मरांडी ने ट्वीट कर राज्य के ऊपर इसे एक दाग बताते हुए भ्रष्ट पुलिस वालों को बर्खास्त करने की मांग की थी और यह भी कहा कि हिम्मत देखिए खाते में भी पैसा मंगा लिया। बताया जाता है कि एसपी ने इसे गंभीर मामला मानते हुए रविवार को थाना प्रभारी गोपाल कुमार महतो सहित दो आरक्षी और एक आरक्षी चालक को निलंबित करते लाइन हाजिर कर दिया।

एक साल में दो बार निलंबित हुए थाना प्रभारी

बताया जाता है कि इसके पूर्व गोपाल कुमार महतो को 9 मार्च 2022 को किसी आरोप में निलंबित कर लाईन हाजिर कर दिया गया था।उस समय वे निमियाघाट में थाना प्रभारी थे। इसके बाद 27 नवम्बर 2022 को उन्हें डुमरी थाना प्रभारी बनाया गया था।

Being forced, the driver sent 6 thousand rupees from phone pay to that number. Despite this, the police station in-charge did not leave the vehicle demanding more money and abusing the driver and the helper was expelled from the police station. After this, the driver Jitendra Yadav, a resident of Harsiddh of Motihari district in Bihar, appealed for justice by giving an application to the Giridih SP. . As soon as the video of the incident and the incident of the driver went viral on the social media, the police department was in a fix.
