खरसावां के पदमपुर तेलीसाई मां काली मेला 123 साल पुराना है प्रतिदिन सात दिनों तक चलने वाले मां काली मेला में भक्तों की भीड़ उमड़ने लगी है मेला के तीसरे दिन काली मां के भक्तों में कोई कमी नहीं है झारखंड के विभिन्न जिलों से मां काली के दर्शन के लिए श्रद्धालुओं उमड़ पडे। मां काली की दर्शन को लेकर श्रद्धालुओं घंटे कतार में खड़े रहे तांत्रिक विधि से मां काली की पूजा अर्चना कर अपने परिवार समाज की सुख शांति की प्रार्थना की मान्यता है कि मां काली की दरबार से कोई खाली हाथ नहीं लौट ता है। मनोकामना पूर्ण होने पर मां काली की दरबार में बकरे की बलि दी जाती मेले में खरसावां, कुचाई, राजनगर, खुटपानी, सरायकेला गम्हरिया चक्रधरपुर चाईबासा सहित पूरी झारखंड के लोग पहुंच रहे हैं इसके पश्चात भक्तों ने पदमपुर में चल रही सात दिवसीय मेला का भी लुलफ उठाया रहे हैं मेला सह पूजा अर्चना 18 नवंबर तक चलेगी। खरसावां के पदमपुर_तेलीसाई काली मेला को लेकर प्रशासन सतर्क है प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी , थाना प्रभारी पिंटू महथा के नेतृत्व में मेला की विधि व्यवस्था को जिम्मेदारी है मेला में सुरक्षा की दृष्टिकीण से जगह-जगह सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाये गये है। इसी से मेला में विशेष नजर रखी जा रही है जगह-जगह सुरक्षा हेतु जवान तैनात है कोई पदाधिकारी को प्रतिनिधियुक्ति किया गया है।
Padampur Telisai Maa Kali Fair of Kharsawan is 123 years old. Crowd of devotees have started gathering in the Maa Kali Fair which runs every day for seven days. On the third day of the fair, there is no dearth of devotees of Kali Maa from different districts of Jharkhand to visit Maa Kali. Devotees flocked for it. Devotees stood in queues for hours for the darshan of Maa Kali, worshiped Maa Kali in Tantric method and prayed for the happiness and peace of their family and society. It is believed that no one returns empty handed from the court of Maa Kali. After fulfillment of wishes, goats are sacrificed in the court of Maa Kali. People from all over Jharkhand including Kharsawan, Kuchai, Rajnagar, Khutpani, Seraikela, Gamharia, Chakradharpur, Chaibasa are reaching the fair. After this, the devotees also enjoyed the seven-day fair going on in Padampur. The fair and puja will continue till 18th November. The administration is alert regarding Kharsawan’s Padampur Telisai Kali Fair. Under the leadership of Block Development Officer, Police Station Incharge Pintu Mahatha, the law and order of the fair is responsible. CCTV cameras have been installed at various places in the fair from the security point of view. Due to this, special vigil is being kept in the fair, soldiers are deployed at various places for security and some officials have been deputed.
