चक्रधरपुर के रेल विभाग के डीआर एम चक्रधरपुर मीटिंग हॉल में तीसरी मंडल स्तरीय डीआर यूसीसी बैठक में रेल मंडल के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित समस्याओं को निवारण के लिए इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में सरायकेला नगर पंचायत के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष, डीआर यूसीसी के सदस्य मनोज कुमार चौधरी ने चक्रधरपुर मंडल की आयोजित तीसरी डीआर यूसीसी बैठक में निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव लिखित रूप से प्रस्ताव पास करने का मांग रखा
1. मंडल अंतर्गत आत्मनिर्भर भारत योजना हेतु चयनित 15 स्टेशनों के विकास का काम शुरू नहीं हुआ है भविष्य में 15 स्टेशनों के विकास के काम को तीव्र गति देने की योजना क्या है यात्रियों को जल्द सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने से संबंधित प्रस्ताव।
2. रेलवे के आंकड़ों व नियमों में शिथिलता बरतते हुए यात्रियों की सुविधा हेतु मंडल अंतर्गत कोविड-19 के बाद स्टॉपेज बद की गई ट्रेनों के स्टॉपेज पुनः चालू करवाने संबंधित प्रस्ताव।
3. मंडल अंतर्गत कुछ ट्रेनें जैसे टाटा बड़बिल टाटा इतवारी इत्यादि ट्रेन पैसेंजर की तर्ज पर चलती है इन ट्रेनों का किराया एक्सप्रेस ट्रेनों जैसा है इस पर विचार किया जाना।
4. वर्तमान रेलवे के जनरल टिकट एजेंट द्वारा बिक्री करवाने की प्रक्रिया जारी है इसलिए मंडल अंतर्गत सरायकेला जिला मुख्यालय सहित आरक्षण केंद्रों को यात्रियों की सुविधा हेतु 2 पारी में संचालित करने से संबंधित प्रस्ताव।
5. मंडल अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार का नियोजन कार्यक्रम योजना के बारे में डीआरयूसीसी मेंबर को जानकारी देने संबंधी प्रस्ताव।
6. सबसे अधिक राजस्व देने वाला मंडल कोल्हन कमिश्नरी चाइबासा मुख्यालय रेलवे सुविधाओं से कई दशकों से वंचित है रेलवे द्वारा यात्रियों को सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना रेलवे का दायित्व होता है इसलिए चाईबासा कमिश्नरी मुख्यालय में पैसेंजर यार्ड (PIT) का निर्माण अति आवश्यक है। जिससे टाटानगर स्टेशन का लोड भी कमेगा एवं टाटानगर से खुलने वाली कुछ ट्रेनों को रीशेड्यूल करते हुए चाईबासा से चलाया जा सकेगा। पैसेंजर यार्ड संबंधित प्रस्ताव।
7. गतिशक्ति कार्गो टर्मिनल (GCT) के तहत क्षेत्र के लोगों को नियोजन से जोड़न का उद्देश्य से इसका निर्माण हेतु महालीमुरूप या वीरबांस के नजदीक स्थल का चयन करने संबंधित प्रस्ताव।
8. कान्डरा स्टेशन में हटिया हावड़ा, टाटा गोड्डा, टाटा आसनसोल, सुपर इत्यादि ट्रेन के ठहराव से संबंधित

6. Kolhan Commissionerate, Chaibasa headquarter, which is the highest revenue generating division, has been deprived of railway facilities for decades. Due to which the load of Tatanagar station will also reduce and some trains starting from Tatanagar can be rescheduled and run from Chaibasa. Passenger yard related proposal.
7. Proposal related to selection of site near Mahalimurup or Veerbans for construction of Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal (GCT) with the aim of connecting the people of the area with employment.
8. Regarding stoppage of Hatia Howrah, Tata Godda, Tata Asansol, Super etc. train at Kandra station
