जमशेदपुर पुलिस ने व्हाट्सएप चैट बोट के माध्यम से खोए हुए मोबाइल की शिकायत के एक नंबर लांच किया
आप इससे अपने खोए हुए मोबाइल की शिकायत हर कोई कर सकता है. बस आपको घर बैठे जमशेदपुर पुलिस द्वारा जारी किया गया मोबाइल नंबर 9006123444 पर व्हाट्सएप करना है जिसके बाद एक गुगल फॉर्म को भरना पड़ेगा. इसके बाद पुलिस आपके मोबाइल को ढुंढने में लग जाएगी. गुरुवार को बिष्टुपुर थाना परिसर स्थित मल्टीपरपस हॉल से एसएसपी प्रभात कुमार ने विधिवत इस नंबर को लाँच किया. आपको अपने मोबाइल पर जमशेदपुर पुलिस द्वारा जारी मोबाइल नंबर 9006123444 को सेव कर लेना है. नंबर सेव करने के बाद इसी नंबर पर HI, HELLO, JOHAR, या HELP जैसा कोई भी शब्द टाइप कर भेजे. शब्द टाइप करते ही आपके मोबाइल पर एक गुगल फॉर्म का लिंक आएगा, लिंक पर क्लिक करते ही मोबाइल पर एक फॉर्म खुलेगा जिसमें दिए गए जानकारियों को भरना होगा. इस फॉर्म में आपका थाने का नाम, आपका नाम, पता, मोबाइल नंबर और अन्य जानकारियों के अलावा एक आईडी कार्ड और मोबाइल का बिल या मोबाइल के डब्बे का फोटा अपलोड करना होगा. जानकारी अपलोड करते ही यह सारी सूचना जमशेदपुर पुलिस के पास चली जाएगी. जमशेदपुर पुलिस आपके मोबाइल को ढुंढने में लग जाएगी. मोबाइल मिलते ही आपके रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल पर मेल भेज दिया जाएगा. मौके पर मौजूद एसएसपी प्रभात कुमार ने बताया कि जमशेदपुर के सभी लोग इस नंबर को सेव कर ले. मोबाइल गुम होते ही इस नंबर पर व्हॉट्सएप करे. उन्होंने कहा कि जब तक कोई व्यक्ति इस नंबर पर मैसेज नही करेगा तब तक उसे कोई लिंक नहीं आएगा. अगर बिना मैसेज किए आपको कोई लिंक आता है तो उसे क्लिक ना करते हुए उसे डिलिट कर दे नहीं तो आप साइबर ठगी का शिकार हो सकते है. इस कार्यक्रम के दौरान जमशेदपुर पुलिस ने लोगों को उनके खोए हुए मोबाइल भी लौटाए. कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिले में खोए हुए कुल 157 मोबाइल को उनके असली मालिक को सौंपा गया. इस तरह का कार्रक्रम जमशेदपुर पुलिस पूर्व में भी कर चुकी है. अब तक कुल 800 से ज्यादा मोबाइल को उनके मालिकों को लौटाया गया है. लोग अपने खोए हुए मोबाइल को पाकर काफी खुश दिखे.
