Jharkhand Advocates Strikes End : एक सप्ताह के लंबे अंतराल के बाद सोमवार से जमशेदपुर समेत झारखंड के वकील न्यायिक कार्य में लेंगे हिस्सा, स्टेट बार काउंसिल ने खत्म की हड़ताल
जमशेदपुर / रांची : झारखंड बार काउंसिल के निर्देश पर सभी जिला अदालतों में वकीलों ने हड़ताल को खत्म किया. वहीं बीते एक सप्ताह से झारखंड के करीब 35 हजार से ज्यादा वकील कार्य बहिष्कार किये हुए थे. वहीं सभी वकील हड़ताल को खत्म करते हुए न्यायिक कार्य में सोमवार से वापस लौटेंगे. वहीं झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में कुछ वकील अदालत में उपस्थित हो रहे लेकिन उसके बावजूद झारखंड में 6 जनवरी से न्यायिक कार्य ठप रहा. बीते गुरुवार को यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि राज्य के सभी वकील न्यायिक कार्य का बहिष्कार को खत्म करेंगे. बता दे कि इससे पूर्व भी शुक्रवार और शनिवार को अधिवक्ता अपने को न्यायिक कार्य से अलग रखा था. इससे अदालती कार्य बाधित रही. स्टेट बार काउंसिल के चेयरमैन राजेन्द्र कृष्ण ने कहा है कि सात जनवरी को मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा लिए गए निर्णय को समय के अंदर पुरी करने और अधिवक्ताओं की मांग को जोड़ते हुए बार काउंसिल को अवगत कराया जाये. इसके लिए दो दिनों की मोहल्लत भी दी गई थी.

State Bar Council Chairman Rajendra Krishna has said that the decision taken by the Chief Minister on January 7 should be conveyed to the Bar Council while adding the demands of the advocates to be completed within time. Two days’ extension was also given for this.
