Jharkhand Crime: रांची में साहिबगंज के तीनपहाड़ इलाके का मोबाइल चोर गिरोह सक्रिय है. पुलिस ने 79 मोबाइल के साथ सात चोरों को दबोच लिया. इनमें पांच को जेल भेज दिया गया, जबकि दो रिमांड होम भेजे गए.
Jharkhand Crime: रातू (रांची) – रांची की रातू पुलिस ने मोबाइल चोरी के गिरोह के खिलाफ एक बड़ी कामयाबी हासिल की है। पुलिस ने विभिन्न कंपनियों के 79 चोरी किए गए मोबाइल फोन के साथ दो नाबालिग समेत सात चोरों को गिरफ्तार किया है। गिरफ्तार किए गए नाबालिगों को बाल सुधार गृह (डुमरदगा) और पांच अन्य को होटवार जेल भेज दिया गया है, जबकि एक चोर अंधेरे का फायदा उठाकर फरार हो गया। पकड़े गए सभी चोर साहिबगंज जिले के तीनपहाड़ के निवासी हैं।
नाबालिग ने मोबाइल चोर गिरोह का खोला राज
जानकारी के अनुसार 18 जून को रांची के रातू स्थित संडे मार्केट में ग्रामीणों ने एक नाबालिग को मोबाइल चोरी करते हुए रंगेहाथ पकड़ लिया था और रातू पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया था. पुलिस ने बाल कल्याण पदाधिकारी अशोक कुमार के सहयोग से जब नाबालिग से पूछताछ की गयी तो उसने बताया कि वह मोबाइल चोर गिरोह का सक्रिय सदस्य है और इस गिरोह में कई लोग जुड़े हुए हैं. उसने सभी चोरों का ठिकाना रातू थाना क्षेत्र के कमड़े सूर्यनगर निवासी बिट्टू चौधरी के घर को बताया, जहां सभी किराए में रहते हैं.
रातू पुलिस ने मोबाइल चोरों को ऐसे दबोचा
चोरों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस ने एक टीम गठित कर देर रात छापामारी की, तो एक बैग में रखे 79 मोबाइल समेत छह चोर पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ गए, जबकि एक चोर भाग निकला. पकड़े गए चोरों में साहिबगंज जिले के तीनपहाड़ थाना क्षेत्र के लड्डू नोनिया (पिता स्व. रूपा नोनिया), जितेन्द्र नोनिया (पिता मोतीलाल नोनिया), पुसवा नोनिया (पिता मोतीलाल नोनिया), अर्जुन नोनिया (पिता चंदू नोनिया) एवं मिथुन दस (पिता दुलाल दास) शामिल हैं, जबकि रामू नोनिया (पिता स्व भुवनेश्वर नोनिया) फरार हो गया. पकड़े गए चोरों ने पुलिस को बताया कि वे सभी मिलकर बाजार-हाट में एक चेन बनाते हैं और मोबाइल की पॉकेटमारी कर तुरंत उसको दूसरे साथी के हवाले कर देते हैं. जिससे पकड़े जाने पर भी उनके पास से मोबाइल नहीं मिलता. मोबाइल चोरों ने बताया कि अमूमन गिरोह में सभी अपने ही गांव परिवार के सदस्य होते हैं.

मोबाइल चोर गिरोह के सदस्यों की गिरफ्तारी को लेकर पुलिस के वरीय अधिकारियों ने टीम गठित की थी. उसमें पुअनि सतीश कुमार, पुअनि अनुरंजन कुमार, पुअनि अवधेश पाठक, हवलदार चंद्रिका यादव, आरक्षी मनोज चौबे एवं नकुल प्रसाद यादव शामिल थे.

Police have arrested seven thieves, including two minors, with 79 stolen mobile phones of various companies. The arrested minors have been sent to Juvenile Home (Dumardaga) and five others to Hotwar Jail, while one thief escaped taking advantage of the darkness. All the thieves caught are residents of Tinpahar in Sahibganj district.
Minor reveals the secret of mobile thief gang
According to the information, on June 18, villagers had caught a minor red handed while stealing a mobile phone in the Sunday market in Ratu, Ranchi and handed him over to Ratu police. When the police interrogated the minor with the help of Child Welfare Officer Ashok Kumar, he told that he is an active member of the mobile theft gang and many people are associated with this gang. He told the whereabouts of all the thieves to be the house of Bittu Choudhary, resident of Kamde Suryanagar in Ratu police station area, where all live on rent.

To arrest the thieves, the police formed a team and conducted a late night raid; six thieves, including 79 mobile phones kept in a bag, were caught by the police, while one thief escaped. Among the thieves caught are Laddu Nonia (father late Rupa Nonia), Jitendra Nonia (father Motilal Nonia), Pusva Nonia (father Motilal Nonia), Arjun Nonia (father Chandu Nonia) and Mithun Das (father Dulal Nonia) of Tinpahar police station area of Sahibganj district. Das) are involved, while Ramu Nonia (father late Bhuvaneshwar Nonia) absconded. The caught thieves told the police that they all together form a chain in the market place and after pickpocketing the mobile phone, they immediately hand it over to another accomplice. Due to which even if caught, the mobile is not recovered from them. Mobile thieves told that usually everyone in the gang are members of their own village family.

Senior police officers had formed a team to arrest the members of the mobile theft gang. It included Pt. Satish Kumar, Pt. Anuranjan Kumar, Pt. Awadhesh Pathak, Havildar Chandrika Yadav, constable Manoj Chaubey and Nakul Prasad Yadav.
