झारखंड : डीसी पर एसपी का सनसनीखेज आरोप, सांसद निशिकांत दुबे की गिरफ्तारी का बनाते थे दवाब, झूठे केस में फंसाने को भी कहते थे, एसपी ने लिखी गृह विभाग को चिट्ठी

देवघर :- क्या सांसद निशिकांत दुबे से निजी दुश्मनी साधते थे देवघर डीसी रहे मंजूनाथ भजंत्री? क्या गलत कार्रवाई करने के लिए एपी सुभाष जाट पर डीसी रहे भजंत्री दवाब बनाते थे ? क्या अलग-अलग केस में निशिकांत दुबे को भजंत्री ने फसवाया था ? ये सवाल इसलिए उठा है, क्योंकि । देवघर के तत्कालीन एसपी और वर्तमान में सीबीआई के एसपी सुभाष चंद्र जाट ने गृह विभाग के एसीएस को पत्र भेजा है। पत्र में गंभीर शिकायतें लिखी गयी है। इस पत्र की जानकारी सामने आने के बाद अब फिर से प्रदेश की राजनीति गरमा गयी है।पत्र में गोड्डा सासंद निशिकांत दुबे पर जबरन कार्रवाई करने और इसके लिए दबाव बनाने का जिक्र है। एसपी ने लिखा है कि डीसी मंजूनाथ भजंत्री सांसद के साथ निजी दुश्मनी साधते थे और उनपर दबाव बनाते थे कि किसी भी तरह से निशिकांत दुबे को गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाये।दूसरी तरफ सांसद निशिकांत दुबे लगातार सोशल मीडिया एक्स के माध्यम से आरोप लगाते रहे कि अधिकारी उन पर जबरन दबाव बनाते हैं। एफआईआर दर्ज करते हैं।एसपी सुभाष चंद्र जाट ने गृह विभाग को भेजी चिट्टी में कहा है कि उन्हें सिर्फ गलत कार्रवाई के कहा नहीं जाता था, बल्कि लोकसभा समिति के सामने भी दुबे के खिलाफ गलत शिकायत करने का दबाव बनाया था। तब लोकसभा समिति सांसद द्वारा भजंत्री के खिलाफ लाए गए प्रिविलेज मोशन (विशेषाधिकार प्रस्ताव) की जांच कर रही थी।एसपी ने चिट्ठी में बताया है कि 31 जुलाई 2023 को निशिकांत की गिरफ्तारी के लिए काफी दबाव बनाया था।देवघर एयरपोर्ट पर ही गिरफ्तार करने का आदेश दिया गया था। सांसद एसिड पीड़ित से मिलने के लिए दुमका जा रहे थे। एसपी सुभाष चंद्र जाट ने आरोप लगाया है कि सांसद के खिलाफ कार्रवाई न करने पर डीसी ने उनकी वार्षिक गोपनीय रिपोर्ट (एपीएआर) में गलत टिप्पणी की है। उन्होंने मांग की है कि इन टिप्पणियों को एपीएआर से हटाया जाए।इस चिट्ठी में यह भी लिखा है कि देवघर के तात्कालीन डीसी थाना प्रभारी और जांच अधिकारी से फाइलें मगंवा कर पढ़ते थे।

On the other hand, MP Nishikant Dubey kept alleging through social media that the officers Forcibly put pressure on them. Register an FIR. SP Subhash Chandra Jat has said in the letter sent to the Home Department that he was not only asked to take wrong action, but was also pressurized to make a wrong complaint against Dubey in front of the Lok Sabha committee. At that time, the Lok Sabha committee was investigating the privilege motion brought by the MP against Bhajantri. The SP has told in the letter that a lot of pressure was put to arrest Nishikant on July 31, 2023. The decision to arrest him at Deoghar airport itself. The order was given. The MP was going to Dumka to meet the acid victim. SP Subhash Chandra Jat has alleged that the DC has made wrong comments in his Annual Confidential Report (APAR) for not taking action against the MP. He has demanded that these comments should be removed from the APAR. It is also written in this letter that the then DC of Deoghar used to get the files from the station in-charge and the investigating officer and read them.
