झारखंड में आने वाले कुछ दिनों में लू की चपेट महसूस होगी, साथ ही आंधी और बारिश के आसार भी हैं। इसके चलते येलो और ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किए गए हैं।

जैसा मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र के प्रभारी निदेशक अभिषेक आनंद ने बताया है, वर्तमान में राज्य के अधिकांश क्षेत्रों में तापमान 40 डिग्री सेल्सियस के पार है।

रांची : झारखंड के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में अगले कुछ दिनों तक मौसम का मिजाज अलग-अलग रहेगा. मौसम विभाग का कहना है कि कहीं लू चलेगी तो कहीं तेज हवा के साथ गर्जन और वज्रपात की संभावना है. जिन इलाकों में लू की चेतावनी जारी की गयी है उनमें पलामू और संताल परगना शामिल है. इस दौरान यहां अधिकतम तापमान 45 डिग्री सेसि के आसपास हो सकता है. मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र ने कई जिलों के लिए 14 जून तक हीट वेव (लू) को लेकर ‘ऑरेंज अलर्ट’ जारी किया है. जबकि, कई जिलों के लिए गर्जन, वज्रपात और तेज हवा को लेकर ‘येलो अलर्ट’ जारी किया है. पलामू के लोगों को 14 जून के बाद ही गर्मी से राहत मिलने की उम्मीद जतायी गयी है.

पलामू और संताल परगना में चल रही है लू

मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र के प्रभारी निदेशक अभिषेक आनंद के अनुसार, फिलहाल राज्य के अधिकतर इलाकों का पारा 40 डिग्री सेसि चल रहा है. पलामू और संताल परगना के कई जिलों में लगातार लू चल रही है. पूर्व-पश्चिम में एक टर्फ है, जो बिहार से होता हुआ बंगाल की ओर जा रहा है. इससे झारखंड में मौसम बदल सकता है. मध्य, उत्तर-पश्चिमी हिस्से में कहीं-कहीं गर्जन और वज्रपात के साथ बारिश हो सकती है. दक्षिणी हिस्सों में हल्की बारिश की संभावना है. संताल और कोल्हान में भी हल्की बारिश का अनुमान है. 14 और 15 जून को करीब-करीब पूरे राज्य में बारिश हो सकती है.

राजधानी के आसपास हुई हल्की बारिश, चली तेज हवा

राजधानी और आसपास के इलाकों में सोमवार दोपहर बाद हल्की बारिश हुई. इस दौरान हवा की गति सामान्य से तेज गति थी. इससे लोगों को गर्मी से थोड़ी राहत मिली. इससे पहले सुबह से ही राजधानी में तेज धूप थी. दोपहर तक राजधानी का अधिकतम तापमान 40 डिग्री सेसि के करीब पहुंच गया था. शाम 4:00 बजे के बाद मौसम का मिजाज बदलने लगा. तेज हवा चलने लगी. धुर्वा, टाटीसिलवे, कोकर आदि इलाकों में छिटपुट बारिश हुई.

मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र ने पूर्वानुमान किया है कि राजधानी में भी लोगों को 40 डिग्री सेसि के पार की गर्मी झेलनी पड़ेगी. दोपहर के बाद मौसम का मिजाज बदल सकता है. राजधानी और आसपास में कहीं-कहीं गर्जन के साथ हल्की बारिश भी हो सकती है. राजधानी का पारा लगाार दूसरे दिन 40 डिग्री सेसि से अधिक रहा. मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र का पूर्वानुमान है कि 11, 12, 13 और 14 जून को राजधानी का तापमान 41 से 42 डिग्री सेसि के बीच रह सकता है. वहीं, न्यूनतम तापमान 28-29 डिग्री सेसि के बीच रह सकता है.

तेज हवा से राजधानी के बड़े हिस्से की बिजली गुल

तेज हवा के साथ हल्की बारिश के कारण सोमवार शाम कुछ देर के लिए राजधानी के बड़े हिस्से की बिजली ठप हो गयी. तेज हवा से कहीं लाइन ब्रेक डाउन हुआ, तो कहीं तार पर पेड़ की डाली गिर गयी. खबर लिखने तक हटिया ग्रिड से कांके, बेड़ो, ब्रांबे और 33 केवीए लाइन में आपूर्ति बंद थी. शाम 5:00 बजे खराब हुए मौसम का असर ग्रिडों पर पड़ा, हटिया और कांके दोनों ग्रिड से 33 केवी की सप्लाई ट्रिप होने से शहर के बड़े हिस्से से बिजली आधे से एक घंटे तक गायब रही. कांके ग्रिड से 33 केवीए बोबरो सबस्टेशन में फॉल्ट आया.

Ranchi: The weather patterns will remain different in different parts of Jharkhand for the next few days. The Meteorological Department says that at some places there will be heat wave and at some places there is a possibility of thunder and lightning along with strong wind. The areas where heat wave warning has been issued include Palamu and Santal Pargana. During this time the maximum temperature here can be around 45 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Center has issued ‘Orange Alert’ for many districts regarding heat wave (loo) till June 14. Whereas, ‘Yellow Alert’ has been issued for many districts regarding thunder, lightning and strong wind. The people of Palamu are expected to get relief from the heat only after June 14.

Heat wave is going on in Palamu and Santal Pargana

According to Abhishek Anand, Director-in-charge of the Meteorological Center, at present the temperature in most areas of the state is hovering around 40 degrees Celsius. Heat wave is continuing in many districts of Palamu and Santal Pargana. There is a turf in east-west, which is going through Bihar towards Bengal. Due to this the weather in Jharkhand may change. There may be rain with thunder and lightning at isolated places in the central and north-western parts. There is a possibility of light rain in southern parts. Light rain is also expected in Santal and Kolhan. There may be rain in almost the entire state on June 14 and 15.

Light rain occurred around the capital, strong wind blew

There was light rain in the capital and surrounding areas on Monday afternoon. During this period the wind speed was faster than normal. This gave people some relief from the heat. Earlier, there was strong sunlight in the capital since morning. By afternoon the maximum temperature of the capital had reached close to 40 degrees Celsius. After 4:00 pm the weather pattern started changing. Strong wind started blowing. Sporadic rain occurred in areas like Dhurva, Tatisilve, Kokar etc.

The Meteorological Center has predicted that even in the capital, people will have to face heat exceeding 40 degrees Celsius. Weather patterns may change after noon. There may be light rain along with thunder at some places in the capital and surrounding areas. The temperature in the capital remained more than 40 degrees Celsius for the second day. The Meteorological Center has predicted that on June 11, 12, 13 and 14, the temperature of the capital may remain between 41 to 42 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the minimum temperature can remain between 28-29 degrees Celsius.

Strong wind cuts power in large part of capital

Due to light rain coupled with strong wind, power supply to large parts of the capital came to a standstill for some time on Monday evening. The strong wind caused line break down at some places and a tree branch fell on the wire at some places. Till the time of writing the news, supply from Hatia grid to Kanke, Bedo, Brambe and 33 KVA lines was stopped. At 5:00 pm, bad weather had an impact on the grids, due to 33 KV supply trip from both Hatia and Kanke grids, electricity remained missing from large parts of the city for half an hour. There was a fault in 33 KVA Bobro substation from Kanke Grid.
