असंतुष्ट छात्रों के आंदोलन के बाद एहतियाती कदमों को ध्यान में रखते हुए पटना में 31 जनवरी से 5 फरवरी तक धारा 144 लागू कर दी गई है

रेलवे भर्ती में. आदेश के मुताबिक, पटना के विभिन्न स्थानों पर प्रदर्शन और सभा आयोजित करने पर रोक लगा दी गई है. जिला मजिस्ट्रेट, पटना ने रेलवे में सहायक लोको पायलटों की भर्ती को लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शन से उत्पन्न होने वाली सार्वजनिक असुविधा के बारे में चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए यह आदेश जारी किया। इसके अलावा, भविष्य में विरोध प्रदर्शन की योजना है, जिसमें सरकारी संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाने की संभावना भी शामिल है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप निर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों में धारा 144 लागू की जा सकती है। इस अवधि के दौरान, पांच से अधिक व्यक्तियों को शामिल करने वाली कोई भी गैरकानूनी सभा, विरोध प्रदर्शन, जुलूस, हथियार ले जाना और ऐसी गतिविधियाँ संचालित करना जिनसे हिंसा हो सकती है, सख्त वर्जित है। इन निर्देशों का उल्लंघन करने पर कानून की संबंधित धाराओं के अनुसार कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

Keeping precautionary measures in view, section 144 has been imposed in Patna from January 31 to February 5. following the agitation by dissatisfied students
in railway recruitment. As per the order, demonstration and organizing assemblies have been banned at various locations in Patna. The district magistrate, Patna, issued this order expressing concerns about public inconvenience arising from protests vis a vis the recruitment of assistant loco pilots in the railways. Moreover, there are plans for future protests, including the possibility of damaging government property, leading to the imposition of Section 144 in the specified areas.During this period, any unlawful gathering involving more than five individuals, protests, processions, carrying weapons, and conducting activities that may lead to violence are strictly prohibited. Violation of these directives may result in legal actions as per the relevant sections of the law.
