पांच हजार सरकारी स्कूलों में डेवलप होंगे किचन गार्डन:मध्याहन भोजन की थाली में होंगे ऑर्गेनिक साग-सब्जियां, मनरेगा के तहत बनाए जायेंगे पोषण वाटिका

राज्य के लगभग 5000 सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चों के मध्याह्न भोजन की थाली में स्कूल के किचन गार्डन में उगाए गए फल और सब्जियां परोसे जाएंगे। मनरेगा के तहत राज्य के चयनित स्कूलों में किचन गार्डन डेवलप किया जाएगा। इसके लिए प्रति स्कूल पांच हजार रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे। विभाग की ओर से इसकी तैयारी शुरू कर दी गई है। स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग के सचिव के रवि कुमार ने सभी जिला के उपायुक्तों को इस बाबत चिट्ठी भेजी है।

क्या है शिक्षा सचिव की चिट्ठी में
स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग सचिव के रवि कुमार ने उपायुक्तों को भेजी चिट्ठी में कहा है कि क्लास 1 से 8 तक के बच्चों को मध्यान भोजन दिया जाता है। बच्चों को फल और सब्जियों के माध्यम से जरूरी पोषक तत्व मिले इसके लिए स्कूलों में किचन गार्डन डेवलप किए जाएं। जहां से निकले फल और सब्जियों का इस्तेमाल मध्यान भोजन में किया जाए। जब ऐसा किया जाएगा तभी कुपोषण मुक्त झारखंड की परिकल्पना को पूरा किया जा सकेगा। उन्होंने अपनी चिट्‌ठी में इस बात का जिक्र किया है कि किचन गार्डन बनने से ना केवल फल और सब्जियों की कमी भी दूर होगी बल्कि बच्चों में खेती और बागवानी के प्रति लगाव भी बढ़ेगा। इस किचन गार्डन को डेवलप करने के लिए बच्चों को ही प्रेरित किया जा सकेगा। इससे उनके अंदर प्रकृति से जुड़ाव की भावना बढ़ेगी।
सेलेक्टेड स्कूलों में डेवलप होगा किचन गार्डन
ऐसा नहीं है कि राज्य के सभी सरकारी स्कूलों में किचन गार्डन डेवलप किया जाएगा। इसके लिए स्कूलों का चयन किया जाएगा। वैसे ही स्कूल जहां बाउंड्री हो, पेयजल की सुविधा और जमीन उपलब्ध हो ऐसे स्कूलों में ही मनरेगा के माध्यम से किचन गार्डन डेवलप किया जाएगा। इसके लिए जिला स्थित कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र की ओर से ट्रेनिंग, तकनीकी सहयोग, बीज का प्रस्ताव और जैविक खाद भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
कैसे होगा काम
स्कूलों में किचन गार्डन डेवेलप करने के लिए जिला पोषण समिति और प्रखंड पोषण समिति बनेगी। जिला पोषण समिति के अध्यक्ष उपायुक्त होंगे। कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र के प्रभारी, जिला ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण के प्रतिनिधि, कृषि बागवानी विभाग के प्रतिनिधि, बाल विकास परियोजना पदाधिकारी, एडीपीओ सहायक अभियंता इसके सदस्य और जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक इसके को-ऑर्डिनेटर होंगे। प्रखंड स्तर पर बात करें तो ब्लॉक डेवलपमेंट ऑफिसर समिति के अध्यक्ष होंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त प्रखंड पंचायत पर्यवेक्षक, प्रखंड कृषि पदाधिकारी, बाल विकास परियोजना पदाधिकारी, कनीय अभियंता और प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी सदस्य होंगे। बीइइओ को-ऑर्डिनेटर होंगे। स्कूलों में गठित इको क्लब की ओर से पौधों की देखरेख में सहयोग किया जाएगा।

स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग के अब तक के अनुसार रांची में 297, खूंटी में 121, लोहरदगा में 69, गुमला में 206, सिमडेगा में 134, पूर्वी सिंहभूम में 226, सरायकेला खरसावां में 179, पश्चिमी सिंहभूम में 284, पलामू में 349, लातेहार 145, गढ़वा में 99, हजारीबाग में 205, रामगढ़ में 82, कोडरमा में 92, चतरा में 211, गिरिडीह में 436, धनबाद में 236, बोकारो में 211, दुमका में 320, जामताड़ा में 142, साहिबगंज में 192, पाकुड़ में 139, गोड्‌डा में 214 और देवघर में 271 किचन गार्डन बनाए जाएंगे।
