Price Hike: देश की थोक-खुदरा मंडियों में प्याज-टमाटर की कीमतों में हुई बढ़ोतरी की वजह से सब्जियों की ग्रेवी बनाना मुश्किल हो गया है. फिलहाल, आम आदमी की रसोई में प्याज-टमाटर कम ही नजर आ रहे हैं. इन दोनों सब्जियों के बिना सब्जियों की ग्रेवी नहीं बन पा रही है. सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि थोक और खुदरा मंडियों में प्याज-टमाटर की कीमतें बढ़ने की वजह से जून के महीने में एक प्लेट शाकाहारी भोजन महंगा हो गया. इस महीने में एक थाली शाकाहारी भोजन की कीमत में करीब 10 फीसदी तक उछाल आ गया.

क्रिसिल मार्केट इंटेलिजेंस एंड एनालिसिस की मंथली रिपोर्ट ‘रोटी राइस रेट’ के अनुसार, जून 2024 में एक प्लेट शाकाहारी भोलन की कीमत जून में औसतन 10 फीसदी तक बढ़ गई. रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि प्याज, टमाटर और आलू की कीमतों में आई तेजी की वजह से देश में एक प्लेट शाकाहारी भोजन की कीमत में बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई.
प्याज, टमाटर और आलू की कीमतों ने खाना किया खराब
क्रिसिल की रिपोर्ट में में कहा गया कि एक प्लेट शाकाहारी भोजन की कीमत जून में 10 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 29.4 रुपये प्रति थाली हो गई, जो जून 2023 में 26.7 रुपये थी. मई 2024 में यह 27.8 रुपये थी. शाकाहारी थाली में रोटी, सब्जियां (प्याज, टमाटर तथा आलू), चावल, दाल, दही और सलाद शामिल है. रिपोर्ट में एक प्लेट शाकाहारी भोजन की कीमत में बढ़ोतरी के पीछे टमाटर की कीमतों को 30 प्रतिशत, आलू में 59 प्रतिशत और प्याज में 46 प्रतिशत तक उछल जाना बताया गया है.
प्याज की आवक और आलू की पैदावार घटी
क्रिसिल की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, प्याज के मामले में रबी की फसल के रकबे में भारी गिरावट से आवक कम रही, जबकि मार्च में बेमौसम बारिश के कारण आलू की पैदावार कम हुई. कर्नाटक तथा आंध्र प्रदेश के प्रमुख उत्पादक क्षेत्रों में उच्च तापमान के कारण ग्रीष्मकालीन फसल में संक्रमण होने से टमाटर की आवक पिछले साल की तुलना में 35 प्रतिशत कम हो गई. इसके अलावा, रकबे में कमी के कारण चावल की कीमतों में 13 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई. इससे आवक कम रही. प्रमुख खरीफ महीनों में सूखे के कारण दालों की कीमतों में 22 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई.

According to CRISIL report, in the case of onion, arrivals remained low due to huge decline in the area of Rabi crop, while the yield of potato decreased due to unseasonal rains in March. The arrival of tomatoes reduced by 35 percent compared to last year due to infection in the summer crop due to high temperatures in the major producing areas of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, rice prices increased by 13 percent due to reduction in acreage. Due to this the arrival remained less. Prices of pulses increased by 22 percent due to drought in the key Kharif months.
