घटना के बाद सभी एजेंसियां भोले बाबा को खोजने में जुट गई हैं। पूलिस ने इस मामले में प्राथमिकता देकर मुख्य संवादाता मधुकर को आरोपी घोषित किया है, लेकिन सूरजपाल उर्फ नारायण साकार हरि का नाम नहीं शामिल किया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, पुलिस ने कई अनजान आयोजकों को भी आरोपी बताया है।

न्यूज एजेंसी पीटीआई के मुताबिक पुलिस ने घटना को लेकर किसी को भी क्लीनचिट नहीं दी है. भगदड़ की जांच जारी है और सरकारी एजेंसियां फरार मुख्य आरोपी की तलाश कर रही हैं. इसके अलावा एजेंसियां पूछताछ के लिए प्रवचनकर्ता सूरजपाल उर्फ नारायण साकार हरि उर्फ ‘भोले बाबा’ की भी तलाश कर रही हैं. अभी तक न तो बाबा का और न ही मुख्य आरोपी का कोई सुराग नहीं मिला है. रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक दोनों के फोन ऑफ हो गये हैं.
एसआईटी ने सौंपी रिपोर्ट
भगदड़ की घटना की जांच कर रही एसआईटी टीम ने अपनी रिपोर्ट मुख्यमंत्री को सौंप दी है। इस रिपोर्ट को आगरा जोन के पुलिस महानिदेशक अनुपम कुलश्रेष्ठ ने योगी सरकार को प्रस्तुत किया है। एसआईटी ने अपनी प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट में 90 बयान दर्ज किए हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, एसआईटी जल्द ही एक विस्तृत रिपोर्ट भी सौंपेगी। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने हाथरस की घटना की जांच के लिए हाईकोर्ट के एक सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश की अध्यक्षता में एक तीन सदस्यीय न्यायिक आयोग का गठन किया था। यह आयोग जांच करेगा कि इस घटना में कोई साजिश तो नहीं थी।
कई धाराओं के तहत पुलिस ने दर्ज किया है मामला
हाथरस जिले के फुलरई गांव में दो जुलाई को ‘भोले बाबा’ के सत्संग के बाद मची भगदड़ में 121 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी. मृतकों में अधिकतर महिलाएं थीं. वहीं घटना के बाद पुलिस ने भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 105 (गैर इरादतन हत्या), 110 (गैर इरादतन हत्या करने का प्रयास), 126 (2) (गलत तरीके से रोकना), 223 (लोक सेवक द्वारा जारी आदेश की अवज्ञा), 238 (साक्ष्यों को मिटाना) के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया है. भाषा इनपुट के साथ

Apart from this, the agencies are also searching for preacher Surajpal alias Narayan Sakar Hari alias ‘Bhole Baba’ for questioning. Till now no clue has been found either of Baba or of the main accused. According to the report, both their phones have been switched off.
SIT submitted report
The SIT team investigating the stampede incident has submitted its report to the Chief Minister. This report has been presented by Agra Zone Director General of Police Anupam Kulshrestha to the Yogi government. The SIT has recorded 90 statements in its preliminary report. Additionally, the SIT will also submit a detailed report soon. The Uttar Pradesh government had constituted a three-member judicial commission headed by a retired High Court judge to investigate the Hathras incident. This commission will investigate whether there was any conspiracy in this incident.
Police have registered a case under several sections
On July 2, 121 people were killed in a stampede that broke out after the satsang of ‘Bhole Baba’ in Phulrai village of Hathras district. Most of the dead were women.
