जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह उपायुक्त श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री के निर्देशानुसार समाहरणालय सभागार, जमशेदपुर में जिला स्तरीय वन अधिकार समिति की बैठक में आहूत की गई । वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी सुश्री ममता प्रियदर्शी, उप विकास आयुक्त श्री मनीष कुमार, धालभूम के अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी श्री पीयूष सिन्हा, जिला परिषद सदस्य घाटशिला श्रीमती देवयानी मुर्मू, जिला परिषद सदस्य पोटका श्रीमती श्रीमती सोनामनी सरदार, जिला परिषद सदस्य मुसाबनी श्रीमती लखी मार्डी द्वारा दोनों अनुमंडल से प्राप्त कुल 201 दावा अभिलेखों की गहन समीक्षा करते हुए 191 वन पट्टा के दावा को सैद्धांतिक रूप से सहमति प्रदान की गई वहीं जनप्रतिनिधियों से प्राप्त सुझाव अनुसार 10 वन पट्टा दावा को पुन: अनुमंडल वनाधिकार समिति के पास जांच के लिए भेजने पर सहमति बनी ।
गौरतलब है कि पिछली बैठक में लाभुकों को 2 और 3 डिसमिल वन पट्टा का प्रस्ताव अनुमंडल स्तर से अग्रसारित करने पर जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह- उपायुक्त द्वारा पुनर्समीक्षा का निर्देश दिया गया था । समीक्षा में पाया गया कि अनुमंडल वन अधिकार समिति द्वारा पुनर्समीक्षा उपरांत जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह- उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार लाभुकों को 8 से 10 डिसमिल की स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है, कुछ लाभुकों को 10 डिसमिल से ज्यादा भी वन पट्टा स्वीकृत किया गया है। बैठक में अनुमंडल वन अधिकार समिति, धालभूम से प्राप्त 42 व्यक्तिगत एवं 04 सामुदायिक दावा अभिलेख एवं घाटशिला अनुमंडल से प्राप्त 142 व्यक्तिगत एवं 13 सामुदायिक दावा अभिलेख की समीक्षा की गई।
जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह- उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार वन पट्टा के दावों में व्यवहारिकता की जांच करते हुए लाभुकों को पर्याप्त भूमि उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास किया गया जिससे लोगों को पशुपालन के लिए शेड या थोड़ी सी जमीन पर साग-सब्जी के लिए बाड़ी के लिए भी जगह रहे।

As per the instructions of District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Shri Manjunath Bhajantri, a meeting of the District Level Forest Rights Committee was called in the Collectorate Auditorium, Jamshedpur. Forest Divisional Officer Ms. Mamta Priyadarshi, Deputy Development Commissioner Mr. Manish Kumar, Sub-Divisional Officer of Dhalbhum Mr. Piyush Sinha, District Council Member Ghatshila Mrs. Devyani Murmu, District Council Member Potka Mrs. Sonamani Sardar, District Council Member Musabani Mrs. Lakhi Mardi from both the sub-divisions. After a thorough review of the total 201 claim records received, 191 forest lease claims were approved in principle, while as per the suggestions received from the public representatives, it was agreed to send 10 forest lease claims again to the Sub-Divisional Forest Rights Committee for investigation.
It is noteworthy that in the last meeting, when the proposal of 2 and 3 decimal forest lease was forwarded to the beneficiaries from the sub-division level, the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner was instructed to re-review. The review found that after review by the Sub-Divisional Forest Rights Committee, as per the instructions of the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, 8 to 10 decimals of forest lease has been granted to the beneficiaries, and some beneficiaries have been granted forest pattas of more than 10 decimals. In the meeting, 42 individual and 04 community claim records received from Sub-division Forest Rights Committee, Dhalbhum and 142 individual and 13 community claim records received from Ghatshila sub-division were reviewed.
As per the instructions of the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, while examining the practicality of the forest lease claims, an effort was made to provide sufficient land to the beneficiaries so that people could get space for a shed for animal husbandry or a garden for vegetables on a small amount ofland. are.
