चांडिल में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया गया।

राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण तथा झारखंड राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के निर्देशन में आज दिनांक 09.09.2023 को व्यवहार न्यायालय परिसर, सरायकेला और अनुमंडल व्यवहार न्यायालय, चांडिल में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया गया। इस आयोजन में काफी बड़ी संख्या में लोग सम्मिलित हुए। सरायकेला में कुल गठित पाँच पीठ में तथा चांडिल में गठित दो पीठ मे न्यायालय में लंबित लगभग पांच सौ सत्तर (571) मामलों का निष्पादन किया गया तथा प्री लिटिगेशन के करीब चार हज़ार (4000) कुल चार हज़ार पाँच सौ इकहत्तर (4571) मामले निष्पादित किए गए। करीब डेढ़ करोड़ सरकारी राजस्व की भी प्राप्ति हुई। निष्पादन होने योग्य मामलों में बैंक के मामले, एक्साइज एक्ट के मामले, बिजली विभाग के मामले तथा अपराधिक सुलहनीय तथा अन्य प्रकृति के मामले का निष्पादन किया गया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान ज़िले के एक लाख उनतीस हज़ार से अधिक लाभुकों विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत लगभग 54 करोड़ की परिसंपत्ति का वितरण किया गया। कार्यक्रम की विधिवत शुभारम्भ माननीय प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, प्रधान न्यायाधीश कुटुंब न्यायालय, उपायुक्त, पुलिस अधीक्षक, जिला जज प्रथम, जिला जज द्वितीय, मुख्य न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी, अपर मुख्य न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी, अनुमंडल न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी, चांडिल न्यायालय के जिला न्यायाधीश प्रथम, अपर मुख्य न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी, तथा अनुमंडल न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी, जिला अधिवक्ता संघ के माननीय अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष तथा सचिव ने सामूहिक रूप से दीप प्रज्वलन कर किया। इस अवसर पर जिला अधिवक्ता संघ के अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष, सचिव एवं अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिवक्तागण के साथ व्यवहार न्यायालय के अन्य न्यायिक अधिकारी और कर्मचारी भी मौजूद थे। माननीय प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश श्री विजय कुमार ने इस अवसर पर सभी विभागों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए बड़ी संख्या में लोगों से सम्मिलित होने की बात कही तथा लोक अदालत का लाभ उठाने की बात कही। उपायुक्त श्री रवि शंकर शुक्ला ने लोक अदालत की महत्ता पर प्रकाश डाला। वही पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ विमल कुमार ने सभी विभागों से आपसी तालमेल स्थापित कर जनहित में कार्यक्रम करने तथा सुयोग्य लाभुकों को योजनाओं के लाभ प्रदान करने की बात कही। सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार श्री कुमार क्रांति प्रसाद ने लोक अदालत की उपयोगिता के बारे में बताते हुए मामले को त्वरित निष्पादन होने की बात कही।

Under the direction of National Legal Services Authority and Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, National Lok Adalat was organized today on 09.09.2023 at Behavioral Court Complex, Seraikela and Sub-Divisional Behavioral Court, Chandil. A large number of people participated in this event. In a total of five benches constituted in Seraikela and in two benches constituted in Chandil, about five hundred and seventy (571) cases pending in the court were executed and around four thousand (4000) pre-litigation cases totaling four thousand five hundred seventy one (4571) were executed. were done. About Rs 1.5 crore government revenue was also achieved. Among the executable cases, bank cases, Excise Act cases, electricity department cases and cases of criminal, compoundable and other nature were executed. During the program, assets worth about Rs 54 crore were distributed under various schemes to more than one lakh twenty nine thousand beneficiaries of the district. The program was formally inaugurated by Honorable Principal District and Sessions Judge, Principal Judge Family Court, Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent of Police, District Judge I, District Judge II, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, District Judge I of Chandil Court, Additional The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Honorable President, Vice President and Secretary of the District Advocates Association collectively lit the lamp. On this occasion, the President, Vice President, Secretary and other senior advocates of the District Advocates Association along with other judicial officers and employees of the Civil Court were also present. Honorable Principal District and Sessions Judge Mr. Vijay Kumar, while expressing his gratitude to all the departments on this occasion, asked a large number of people to participate and take advantage of the Lok Adalat. Deputy Commissioner Shri Ravi Shankar Shukla highlighted the importance of Lok Adalat. The same Superintendent of Police Dr. Vimal Kumar asked to establish mutual coordination with all the departments and organize programs in public interest and provide benefits of the schemes to the deserving beneficiaries. Secretary District Legal Services Authority Shri Kumar Kranti Prasad explained the usefulness of Lok Adalat in quick disposal of cases.
