शनिवार, 09 सितंबर 2023 को जिला नियोजनालय सह मॉडल कैरियर सेन्टर, सरायकेला-खरसावां में *रोजगार मेला* का आयोजन किया गया।
इस संबंध में जिला नियोजन पदाधिकारी श्री रवि कुमार ने बताया कि रोजगार मेला में टाटा स्टील, बीएमडब्ल्यू इंडस्ट्रीज, अमलगम स्टील, रामकृष्ण फोर्जिंगस, रुंगटा माइन्स लिमिटिड, एलआईसी ऑफ इंडिया, श्री राम होंडा एवम टैलेंटनेक्सा सर्विसेज के अधिकारियों द्वारा साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से फर्निश आपरेशन ऑफिसर, स्टील स्ट्रक्चरल ऑफिसर, अकाउंटेंट, तकनीशियन, मैनेजमेंट ट्रेनी, सेफ्टी मैनेजर, केमिस्ट, क्रेन ऑपरेटर, इलेक्ट्रीशियन, फिटर, वेल्डर, सीएनसी ऑपरेटर, डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर, फील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव, फिटर, वेल्डर, इलेक्ट्रीशियन, रिसेप्शनिस्ट सहित विभिन्न के पदों पर सरायकेला-खरसावां जिलान्तर्गत नियुक्ति हेतु 149 अभ्यर्थियों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया गया।
*नियुक्तियों में झारखंड राज्य के निजी क्षेत्र में स्थानीय उम्मीदवारों का नियोजन अधिनियम 2021 एवं नियमावली 2022 का अनुपालन किया गया।*
उन्होंने बताया कि जिला नियोजनालय सह मॉडल कैरियर सेन्टर, सरायकेला-खरसावां के सौजन्य से नियमित रूप से रोजगार शिविर एवं रोजगार मेला का आयोजन किया जाता है। उन्होंने रोजगार की तलाश कर रहे जिले के सभी व्यक्तियों से आह्वान किया कि भविष्य में भी रोजगार शिविर में अधिक से अधिक संख्या में भाग ले एवं रोजगार प्राप्त करें। इसकी पूरी प्रक्रिया पूर्णता निशुल्क है।
रोजगार मेला में जिला नियोजन पदाधिकारी श्री रवि कुमार, श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय के वाईपी श्री रवि प्रकाश सिंह, परियोजना सहायक श्री जेम्स मिंज सहित जिला नियोजनालय के सभी कर्मी एवम संबंधित नियोजक संस्थानों के एचआर मैनेजर उपस्थित रहे।

On Saturday, 09 September 2023, *Employment Fair* was organized at District Planning Office cum Model Career Centre, Seraikela-Kharsawan.
In this regard, District Planning Officer Mr. Ravi Kumar said that in the employment fair, furnish operations were conducted through interviews by officials of Tata Steel, BMW Industries, Amalgam Steel, Ramakrishna Forgings, Rungta Mines Limited, LIC of India, Shri Ram Honda and Talentnexa Services. Seraikela on various posts including Officer, Steel Structural Officer, Accountant, Technician, Management Trainee, Safety Manager, Chemist, Crane Operator, Electrician, Fitter, Welder, CNC Operator, Data Entry Operator, Field Executive, Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Receptionist -149 candidates were shortlisted for appointment under Kharsawan district.
*In the appointments, the Employment of Local Candidates in the Private Sector of Jharkhand State Act 2021 and Rules 2022 were followed.*
He told that employment camps and employment fairs are organized regularly with the courtesy of District Employment Exchange cum Model Career Centre, Seraikela-Kharsawan. He called upon all the people of the district who are looking for employment to participate in employment camps in large numbers in future also and get employment. In the employment fair, District Planning Officer Mr. Ravi Kumar, YP of Labor and Employment Ministry Mr. Ravi Prakash Singh, Project Assistant Mr. James Minz and all the employees of the District Employment Office and HR managers of the concerned employing institutions were present.
