चाइल्डलाइन सरायकेला खरसावां द्वारा खुला मंच का किया गया आयोजन

आज दिनांक 09/04/2023 को जिला चाइल्डलाइन के तत्वधान में रविवार को गम्हरिया प्रखंड के टीरिंगटिपा ग्राम मे खुला मंच का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें चाइल्डलाइन के सदस्य अजीत कवि एवं लक्ष्मी मुर्मू ने कहा चाइल्डलाइन 1098 महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के सहयोग से समेकित बाल संरक्षण योजना के तहत बच्चों के देखभाल व संरक्षण हेतु पूरे भारतवर्ष में चाइल्डलाइन इंडिया फाउंडेशन की मदद से चलाया जा रहा है 1098 बच्चों के लिए 24 घंटे दिन-रात मुफ्त राष्ट्रीय आपातकालीन फोन सेवा है। ओपन हाउस का उद्देश्य बच्चों की अभिव्यक्ति को प्रदर्शित करने में उनकी मदद करना व उनके क्षेत्र में जिन मुद्दों से बच्चे प्रभावित होते हैं उनके बारे में जानना तथा बच्चों द्वारा चाइल्ड लाइन 1098 का मूल्यांकन करना है जिसमें चाइल्डलाइन सरायकेला खरसावां द्वारा खुला मंच मे चित्रांकन प्रतियोगिता बच्चों के बीच किया गया। प्रतियोगिता कर बच्चों को चित्रांकन के प्रति उनका ध्यान आकर्षित किया गया। जिसमें मुख्य रूप से सेविका अंजली देवी द्वारा बच्चों को प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय पुरस्कार देकर बच्चों को सम्मानित किया एवं बाकी बच्चों को सांत्वना पुरस्कार दिया गया। जिसको देखकर दूसरे बच्चों में चित्रांकन, पढ़ाई एवं खेल के प्रति उनका ध्यान और भी बढ़ता देखा गया। ग्राम टीरिंटिपा के बच्चों ने तरह-तरह की चित्रांकन कर अपनी अपनी प्रतिभा दिखाएं ।
जिला चाइल्डलाइन के सदस्य अजीत कवि ने बच्चों और ग्रामीणों को बच्चों के अधिकारों की जानकारी दिए। बताएं कि बच्चों के चार अधिकार होते हैं :-

(1 ).जीने के अधिकार : –
जीने के अधिकार
बेहतरीन स्वास्थय का अधिकार
पोषण का अधिकार
सही जीवन जीने का अधिकार
एक नाम और एक राष्ट्रीय का अधिकार

(2). विकास का अधिकार : –
शिक्षा का अधिकार
बचपन में देखभाल और सहायता का अधिकार
सामाजिक सुरक्षा का अधिकार
आमोद – प्रमोद, मनोरंजन और संस्कृतिक गतिविधियों का अधिकार

(3). सुरक्षा के अधिकार : –
शोषण से मुक्ति का अधिकार
उत्पीड़न से मुक्ति का अधिकार
अमानवीय या अपमानजनक बर्ताव से मुक्ति का अधिकार
उपेक्षा से मुक्ति का अधिकार
इमरजेंसी या अपंगता आदि खास हालात में विशेष सुरक्षा का अधिकार

(4). सहभागिता के अधिकार : –
बच्चे की सोच का सम्मान करना
उसे अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता देना
उसे सही सूचनाएं देना
वैचारिक और धार्मिकता स्वतंत्रता का अधिकार

ये सभी अधिकार एक दुसरे पर आश्रित हैं। उन्हें एक दुसरे से अलग नहीं किया जा सकता।

Today, on 09/04/2023, under the aegis of District Childline, an open forum was organized in Tiringtipa village of Gamharia block on Sunday. In which Childline members Ajit Kavi and Lakshmi Murmu said that Childline 1098 is being run with the help of Childline India Foundation across India for the care and protection of children under the Integrated Child Protection Scheme in collaboration with the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. There is a free 24-hour day-night national emergency phone service for The purpose of open house is to help children to express their expression and to know about the issues affecting children in their area and to evaluate child line 1098 by children in which drawing competition in open stage by childline seraikela kharsawan done between The children’s attention was drawn towards painting by conducting a competition. In which mainly Sevika Anjali Devi honored the children by giving them first, second and third prizes and consolation prizes were given to the rest of the children. Seeing this, the attention of other children towards painting, studies and sports was seen to increase even more. The children of village Tirantipa showed their talent by making different types of paintings.
District Childline member Ajit Kavi informed the children and the villagers about the rights of the children. Explain that children have four rights: –

(1). Right to live :-
right to live
right to good health
right to nutrition
right to live right
Right to a name and a national

(2). Right to Development: –
Right to Education
Right to care and support in childhood
right to social security
Right to enjoyment, entertainment and cultural activities

(3). Right to Security:-
right to freedom from exploitation
right to freedom from oppression
Right to be free from inhuman or degrading treatment
right to freedom from neglect
Right to special protection in case of emergency or disability etc.

(4). Participation rights: –
respect the child’s thinking
give him freedom of expression
give him the right information
ideological and religious freedom
