खरसावां थाना परिसर में खरसावां के तेलीसाई पदमपुर काली मेला की लेकर शांति समिति की एक बैठक प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी प्रधान माझी एवं थाना प्रभारी पिंटू महथा के संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में की गई इस बैठक में आगामी 12 नवंबर से 18 नवंबर तक आयोजित होने वाले सात दिवसीय काली मेला के दौरान विधि व्यवस्था बनाए रखने का निर्णय लिया गया मेला में कताबद्व तरीके से दुकान लगाने विधि व्यवस्था को लेकर पुलिस कैंप लगाने स्वास्थ्य सेवा के लिए 7 दिनों तक पदमपुर उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में चिकित्सक की प्रति नियुक्ति करने मेला में अग्निशामक यंत्र लगाने मिला के आसपास गांव में नियमित बिजली देने, बीडडा चौक मेला प्रवेश द्वार आदि जगहों पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के लिए तेलीसाई चौक, खरसावां कब्रिस्तान चौक, बीडडा चौक पोस्ट बनाने मंदिर परिसर में कतारबद्ध तरीके से मां काली दर्शन के लिए व्यवस्था करने आदि का निर्णय लिया गया साथ ही मेला में हुड़दंगियो पर पैनी नजर बनाये रखने के लिए मंदिर परिसर व मेला में सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगाने का निर्देश दिया गया इसके अलावे मेला में पटाखा के दुकान, शराब बेचने व पीने पर प्रतिबंध लगाने का निर्णय लिया गया मौके पर अंचल अधिकारी कुमारी शीला उरांव, खरसावां थाना प्रभारी पिंटू महथा, डॉ कन्हैया, सुनिता तापे, मंगल सिंह जामुदा, अंचल के प्रधान लिपिक कीमेशवर पडिहारी, प्रभाकर मंडल सुधीर मंडल हाजी अब्दुल गनी सुब्रत सिंह देव , अनिरुद सिंह केदार साहू अनंत बेहरा, ओखय मंडल गोवर्धन राउत, रीबिन सिंह आदि मौजूद थे।
A meeting of the Peace Committee regarding the Telisai Padampur Kali Mela of Kharsawan was held in the Kharsawan police station premises under the joint chairmanship of Block Development Officer Pradhan Majhi and Police Station Incharge Pintu Mahatha. In this meeting, the seven-day Kali Mela to be organized from 12th November to 18th November was discussed. It was decided to maintain law and order during the Mela, to set up shops in a staggered manner, to set up a police camp to maintain law and order, to appoint a doctor at Padampur Sub Health Center for health services for 7 days, to install fire extinguishers in the Mela and to install fire extinguishers in the villages around Mila. It was decided to provide regular electricity, make arrangements for Maa Kali darshan in the temple premises in a queue manner in Telisai Chowk, Kharsawan Kabristan Chowk, Bedda Chowk, for security arrangements at the entrance gate of Bidda Chowk fair etc. and also in the fair. To keep a close watch on the hoodlums, instructions were given to install CCTV cameras in the temple premises and the fair. Apart from this, it was decided to ban firecracker shops, selling and drinking liquor in the fair. On the spot, Circle Officer Kumari Sheela Oraon, Kharsawan police station in-charge Pintu Mahatha, Dr. Kanhaiya, Sunita Tape, Mangal Singh Jamuda, Chief Clerk of the circle Keemeshwar Padihari, Prabhakar Mandal Sudhir Mandal Haji Abdul Ghani Subrata Singh Dev, Anirud Singh Kedar Sahu Anant Behera, Okhay Mandal Govardhan Raut, Ribin Singh etc. were present.
