*पश्चिम बंगाल में ED के छापे से बचने को बलात्कार का मामला दर्ज अधिकारियों के खिलाफ*

पुराना खेल पश्चिम बंगाल राजनीति कापश्चिम बंगाल के उत्तरी 24 परगना में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के अधिकारियों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई है। FIR एक महिला का शीलभंग करने की कोशिश और घर में जबरदस्ती घुसने को लेकर करवाई गई है।शाहजहाँ शेख ED हमलाशाहजहाँ शेख (दाएँ) और उसका घर जहाँ ED पर हमला हुआपश्चिम बंगाल के उत्तरी 24 परगना में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के अधिकारियों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई है। यह FIR ED की टीम पर संदेशखाली में हुए हमले के एक दिन बाद दर्ज की गई। इस हमले में ED के कई अधिकारी घायल हुए थे। यह हमला TMC नेता शाहजहाँ शेख के घर तलाशी लेने पहुँची ED की टीम पर हुआ था। जानकारी के अनुसार, ED के अधिकारियों के खिलाफ यह FIR तृणमूल कॉन्ग्रेस के भगोड़े नेता शाहजहाँ शेख के घर की देखभाल करने वाले एक व्यक्ति करवाई है। FIR एक महिला का शीलभंग करने की कोशिश और घर में जबरदस्ती घुसने को लेकर करवाई गई है।गौरतलब है कि 5 जनवरी, 2024 को पश्चिम बंगाल के उत्तरी 24 परगना जिले के संदेशखाली में राशन घोटाले में संलिप्त TMC नेता और जिला परिषद सदस्य शाहजहाँ शेख के घर तलाशी लेने गई थी। यहाँ पर ED की टीम और उनके साथ गए CRPF के सुरक्षाकर्मियों पर शाहजहाँ शेख के गुंडों ने हमला कर दिया।इस हमले में कुछ ED अधिकारियों को गंभीर चोटें आईं। ED के अधिकारियों की गाड़ियाँ भी तोड़ दी गईं और उनके फ़ोन, पर्स और लैपटॉप आदि भी छीन लिए गए। ED का कहना है कि यह हमला शाहजहाँ शेख के भड़कावे पर हुआ था। इस हमले के बाद राज्य के विपक्ष ने बंगाल में राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाने की माँग की थी। ED पर हमले के बाद उसी के अधिकारियों के खिलाफ FIR भी करवा दी गई। राज्य में बीते दिनों में केन्द्रीय एजेंसियों का काम करना काफी मुश्किल हो रहा है। ED पर बंगाल में हुए हमले के बाद तीन FIR दर्ज हुई हैं। एक FIR ईडी के खिलाफ जबकि बाकी दो हमला करने वालों के खिलाफ दर्ज हुई हैं। ED पर हमला करवाने वाला शाहजहाँ शेख अभी भी फरार है। शक है कि वह बांग्लादेश भाग सकता है। उसका एक कथित ऑडियो टेप भी सामने आया है। इसमें उसने कहा है कि ED और CBI से डरना नहीं है। उसका कहना है कि ममता बनर्जी ने उन सबके लिए संदेशखाली में काम किया है।शाहजहाँ शेख द्वारा करवाए गए हमले में घायल ED के दो अधिकारियों को अस्पताल से छुट्टी मिल गई है जबकि एक अभी स्थिर हालत में अस्पताल में भर्ती हैं। इस हमले के एक दिन बाद शनिवार को भी ED पर बंगाल में राशन घोटाले की जाँच के दौरान हमला हुआ। TMC नेता शंकर आद्या की गिरफ्तारी के दौरान भी ED की टीम को निशाना बनाया गया।कुछ दिन पहले ही ईडी ने पश्चिम बंगाल में राशन घोटाले का खुलासा किया था। इसके तहत सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली का लगभग 30% राशन खुले बाज़ार में बेचा गया था। राशन की इस कथित चोरी से हुए फायदे को मालिकों और PDS वितरकों ने मिलकर आपस में बाँट लिया था।
