दुष्‍कर्म पीड़िता नाबालिग ने दिया बच्‍ची का जन्‍म, परिवार ने जिम्‍मेदारी से झाड़ा पल्‍ला, अब प्रशासन आया आगे

संसू, चाकुलिया। झारखुड में पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिले के चाकुलिया प्रखंड अंतर्गत एक गांव में सबर जनजाति की नाबालिग से दोबारा हुए दुष्कर्म के बाद स्थानीय सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में उसने एक बच्‍ची को जन्म दिया है। बीते 3 जनवरी को हुए प्रसव के बाद जच्चा-बच्चा के कमजोर स्वास्थ्य को देखते हुए फिलहाल अस्पताल में ही रखकर उनका इलाज किया जा रहा है। इस संबंध में सीएचसी के प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डा. रंजीत मुर्मू ने बताया कि अभी और 10 दिन जच्चा-बच्चा को निगरानी में रखा जाएगा। जब दोनों पूरी तरह से स्वस्थ हो जाएंंगे तभी उन्‍हें अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज किया जाएगा।

नाबालिग की सुध लेने वाला नहीं कोई
हालांकि चिकित्सकों एवं स्थानीय प्रशासनिक पदाधिकारियों के समक्ष एक समस्या अस्पताल से मुक्त किए जाने के बाद सबर नाबालिग के पुनर्वास की भी है। दरअसल, नाबालिग युवती की मां का निधन हो चुका है जबकि पिता अकसर नशे में धुत रहता है। दो भाई हैं, लेकिन वे बहन के प्रति उदासीन है। प्रसव के बाद मात्र एक बार उसके पिता उससे मिलने अस्पताल आए थे। दोबारा कोई उससे मिलने नहीं आया।

दो बार हो चुकी है दुष्‍कर्म की शिकार
सीओ सह प्रभारी सीडीपीओ जयवंती देवगम ने बताया कि नाबालिक बच्ची का आंगनबाड़ी में रजिस्ट्रेशन पहले ही हो चुका है तथा उसे टीएचआर (टेक होम राशन) दिया जा रहा है। बीडीओ देवलाल उरांव ने कहा कि प्रशासन नाबालिग युवती एवं नवजात शिशु के स्वास्थ्य पर नजर बनाए हुए हैं। अस्पताल से मुक्त होने के बाद उसके स्वजनों से बात कर पुनर्वास की व्यवस्था कराई जाएगी। गौरतलब है कि उक्त नाबालिग के साथ 2019 एवं 2022 में दो बार दुष्कर्म हो चुका है। पहली बार दुष्कर्म करने वाले तीनों आरोपितों को पुलिस ने जेल भेज दिया था।

Actually, the mother of the minor girl has passed away while the father is often intoxicated. There are two brothers, but they are indifferent to the sister. Her father came to the hospital only once after the delivery to meet her. No one came to meet him again.

Has been a victim of rape twice
CO cum in-charge CDPO Jaywanti Devgam told that the registration of the minor girl has already been done in Anganwadi and she is being given THR (Take Home Ration). BDO Devlal Oraon said that the administration is keeping an eye on the health of the minor girl and the newborn baby. After being released from the hospital, arrangements for rehabilitation will be made after talking to his relatives. Significantly, the said minor has been raped twice in 2019 and 2022. The police had sent all the three accused to jail for the first time.
