खरसावां प्रखंड स्थित संकुल संसाधन केंद्र बीआरसी में वर्ष 2021-22 प्रखंड स्तरीय सामाजिक अंकेक्षण के तहत जनसुनवाई का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें खरसावां प्रखंड के विभिन्न 31 स्कूलों की लगभग 82 मामले का सामाजिक अंकेक्षण की प्रखंड स्तरीय जनसुनवाई की गई वहीं नव प्राथमिक विद्यालय आमदा, उत्क्रमित प्राथमिक विद्यालय मेसीडीह, तेतुलटाड, सहारबेडा, पीडाडीह, असुरा, तेलीगीडा, सीखानडीह, कीदाडीह, दिरीगीरा, काताडीह, मुदाडीह, रधुनाथ पुर, धरमडीह, कीचा, रानायणपुर, गीपालपुर, छीटा सरगीडीह, कीतवालसाई, सिगाडीह, बरगीपुर, सतीकुदर, लखनडीह, प्राथमिक विद्यालय गूवाबेडा, उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय पत पत, उदालखाम सिदमाकुदर प्लस टू उच्च विद्यालय खरसावां का सामाजिक अंकेक्षण किया गया मध्याह्न भीजन एव एस एमसी की प्रखंड स्तरीय जनसुनवाई हुई इसके अलावा सभी विद्यालयों में 7 दिनों के अंदर रसीईया की ड्रेस उपलब्ध कराने हेल्थ चेकअप कराने बच्चों को भोजन करने के समय बैठने के लिए पट्टी देने की व्यवस्था करने का निर्दोष दिया गया इसके अलावा कोई विद्यालयों में रजिस्टर उपलब्ध नहीं कराने की बात सामने आई। इसके पश्चात जिला स्तरीय जनसुनवाई के दौरान स्पष्टीकरण समुचित साक्षय के साथ प्रस्तुत होने का आदेश दिया गया जनसुनवाई के दौरान एमडीएम एवं एस एमसी कैश बुक के साथ साथ पास बुक का मिलान नहीं पाए जाने पर एक सप्ताह के भीतर न ए सिरे से कैसे बुक को साधारण करने की हिदायत दी गई। इस दौरान प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी प्रधान माझी, प्रखंड प्रमुख मनेद्र जामुदा, बीईओ वसुंदरा दास, सहित संबंधित विद्यालय के प्रधान अध्यापक विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के अध्यक्ष, बहुत सारे पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
A public hearing was organized under the block level social audit for the year 2021-22 at the Cluster Resource Center BRC located in Kharsawan block, in which block level public hearing of about 82 cases of social audit of various 31 schools of Kharsawan block was conducted, whereas in New Primary School Amda, Upgraded. Primary School Mesidih, Tetultad, Saharbeda, Peedadih, Asura, Telegida, Sikhandih, Kidadih, Dirigira, Katadih, Mudadih, Radhunathpur, Dharamdih, Kicha, Ranayanpur, Gipalpur, Chhita Sargidih, Keetwalsai, Sigadih, Bargipur, Satikudar, Lakhandih, Primary School Social audit of Guwabeda, Upgraded Middle School Pat Pat, Udalkham Sidmakudar Plus Two High School Kharsawan was conducted, Block level public hearing of Midday Bheejan and SMC was held. Apart from this, Rasiiya dresses were provided in all the schools within 7 days, health checkup was done and food was given to the children. It was found that there was no provision for providing seating areas at the time of class, apart from this it was revealed that registers were not made available in any of the schools. After this, during the district level public hearing, an order was given to present the clarification with appropriate evidence. During the public hearing, if the pass book was not matched with the MDM and SMC cash book, how could the book be brought back to normal within a week? Instructed to do so. During this, Block Development Officer Pradhan Majhi, Block Head Manendra Jamuda, BEO Vasundara Das, Headmaster of the concerned school, Chairman of the School Management Committee and many other officials were present.
