फिल्में मानवता की आत्मा के लिए एक खिड़की हैं और कलाकार ही हैं जो जीवन की सुंदरता और जटिलता की झलक दिखाने के लिए वह खिड़की खोलते हैं। कलाकारों और उनके प्रयासों का जश्न मनाने के विचार के साथ जेएनएफ उत्साह, मनोरंजन और प्रेरणा के एक समूह के रूप में उभरा है। झारखंड राष्ट्रीय फिल्म महोत्सव (जेएनएफएफ) एक उत्साहपूर्ण अंतरराष्ट्रीय फिल्म महोत्सव है जिसका उद्देश्य नवोदित कलाकारों और फिल्म निर्माताओं को सिनेमैटोग्राफी, अभिनय आदि की अपनी प्रतिभा दिखाने के लिए एक मंच प्रदान करना है। यह छात्रों और कलाकारों को आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है। फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में उनके सपने को हासिल करने के लिए आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है।
JNFF की स्थापना मित्रा फाउंडेशन के श्री राजु मित्रा और ASMA चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट के श्री संजय सत्पति ने की थी। जेएनएफ की शुरुआत वर्ष 2018 में हुई थी और यह कला के क्षेत्रीय कार्यों के माध्यम से भारत की संस्कृति को जीवंत करके दर्शकों का मनोरंजन करना जारी रखता है। इस साल जेएनएफएफ के चौथा संस्करण प्रदर्शित होने वाली फिल्मों के माध्यम से भारतीय संस्कृति को अपनाता है और बढ़ावा देता है।
आज 7 नवंबर JNFF कब को पुरस्कार वितरण समारोह रखा गया था जिसमें कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्वलन कर के किया गया , जिसमें जेएनएफएफ के संस्थापक राजु मित्रा और संजय सत्पथी, जुगसलाई विधानसभा के विधायक श्री मंगल कालिंदी जी, उदय सत्पथी जी, आरवीएस इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज के भरत सिंह जी, श्रीनाथ कॉलेज के सुखदेव महतो जी, पूर्वी सिंहभूम के डीटीओ पढ़ पे रह चुके दिनेश कुंअर कुमार जी, पूर्व डीडीसी परमेश्वर भगत, एरिक लकड़ा जी, राजीव सिंह जी,
जेएनएफएफ के प्रायोजक सूरज बधानी, रजनी बदानी और रवि केजरीवाल, गगन रुस्तगी जी, जेएनएफ के संरक्षक पूर्वी घोष और मुनमुन चक्रवर्ती, मुख्य सलाहकार बोर्ड की सदस्य डॉ. नेहा तिवारी जी और सलाहकार बोर्ड की सदस्य शालिनी प्रसाद जी।
गणेश वंदना से कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ करने के बाद मुकुंद नायक जी और मंदाकिनी जी का सम्मान किया गया उनके सम्मान मे मोमेंटो और महिला विश्वविद्यालय की जनसंचार विभाग की छात्रा स्वेता के द्वारा बनाई गयी मंदाकिनी जी की चित्र दी गई, जिसके बाद मंदाकिनी जी को कुछ शब्द बोलने के लिए अमंत्रित किया गया।
आगे बढ़ते हुए हमें नृत्य प्रस्तुति देखने को मिला जिसके साथ-साथ हमें उन सभी विजेताओं से भी मिलने का मौका मिला जिन्होंने फिल्माें की दुनिया में अपनी फिल्मों को एक मुकाम तक पहुंचने के लिए बहुत मेहनत की।
कार्यक्रम में चार चांद लग गए जब महिला कॉलेज की मास कम्युनिकेशन की छात्राओं के द्वारा रैंप वॉक किया गया, जिसे उन्होंने आधुनिक और पारंपरिक दोनों कल्चर को एक साथ दिखाया।डोमन टुडू और जेएनएफएफ की टेक्निकल मेंबर बबली दत्ता जी के सहयोग से ये रैंप परफॉर्मेंस मुमकिन हुआ।
संस्थापकों के द्वारा उन्हें भी सम्मान दिया गया। वहीं इस कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण सहयोग जेएनएफएफ की तकनीकी टीम को जाता है जिसमें राजेश प्रधान, अभिषेक, भूमिका, दिव्यांशी, ज्योति, रितिका, पूजा, सुनिधि, इफ्फत, सुधीर जी और चिंटू जी हैं। सभी ने आज जेएनएफएफ के कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में योगदान दिया।

Jharkhand National Film Festival (JNFF) is an exciting international film festival that aims to provide a platform to budding artists and filmmakers to showcase their talent in cinematography, acting etc. It encourages students and artists to move forward. Encourages people to move forward to achieve their dreams in the film industry.
JNFF was founded by Mr. Raju Mitra of Mitra Foundation and Mr. Sanjay Satpathy of ASMA Charitable Trust. JNF started in the year 2018 and continues to entertain audiences by bringing alive the culture of India through regional works of art. This year the fourth edition of JNFF embraces and promotes Indian culture through the films screened.
Today, on 7th November JNFF, the award distribution ceremony was held in which the program was started by lighting the lamp, in which JNFF founders Raju Mitra and Sanjay Satpathy, Jugsalai Assembly MLA Shri Mangal Kalindi ji, Uday Satpathy ji, RVS Engineering College. Bharat Singh ji, Sukhdev Mahato ji of Srinath College, Dinesh Kunwar Kumar ji who has studied as DTO of East Singhbhum, former DDC Parmeshwar Bhagat, Eric Lakra ji, Rajeev Singh ji,
JNFF sponsors Suraj Badhani, Rajni Badani and Ravi Kejriwal, Gagan Rustagi ji, JNF patrons Purvi Ghosh and Munmun Chakraborty, Chief Advisory Board member Dr. Neha Tiwari ji and Advisory Board member Shalini Prasad ji.
After starting the program with Ganesh Vandana, Mukund Nayak ji and Mandakini ji were honored. In their honour, a memento and a picture of Mandakini ji made by Sweta, a student of Mass Communication Department of Women’s University, was given, after which a few words were given to Mandakini ji. Moving ahead, we got to see a dance performance which Along with this, we also got a chance to meet all the winners who worked very hard to make their films reach a position in the film world.
The program was enhanced when the ramp walk was done by the students of Mass Communication of Mahila College, which showcased both modern and traditional culture together. This ramp performance was possible with the help of Doman Tudu and JNFF technical member Babli Dutta ji. Happened.
