*उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में स्वास्थ्य विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न*

*उपलब्ध संसाधनों का समुचित सदुपयोग कर लोगो को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने एवं संस्थागत डिलीवरी बढ़ाने के दिए गए निदेश*

*सभी MOIC उप स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रो का औचक निरिक्षण कर आवश्यक सुविधाओं का जायजा ले साथ ही लोगो को बेहतर सुविधा प्रदान हो इस ओर पहल करे- उपायुक्त*

*विभिन्न योजनाओं की कार्य प्रगति धीमी पाए जाने पर सम्बन्धित MOIC को किया गया शौकज*

समाहरणालय सभगार मे उपायुक्त श्री रवि शंकर शुक्ला ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की बिंदुवार समीक्षा की। बैठक में राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन अंतर्गत संचालित सभी कार्यक्रमों का वित्तीय एवं भौतिक समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने कई आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने गर्भवती महिलाओं के पंजीकरण, एचआइवी जांच, ANC जाँच, VHSND, आयरन गोली का वितरण, संस्थागत प्रसव व होम डिलीवरी, टीवी जाँच , HIV जाँच, मलेरिया-डेंगू जाँच इत्यादि कार्यक्रम की समीक्षा कर आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए। इस दौरान विभिन्न योजनाओं के कार्य प्रगति धीमी पाए जाने पर सम्बन्धित MOIC को उपायुक्त नें सोकॉज करनें के निदेश दिए। तथा सभी MOIC को संस्थागत डिलीवरी बढ़ाने पर बल देने, संस्थागत डिलीवरी का प्रतिशत कम वाले क्षेत्रो को चिन्हित कर सभी आवश्यक सुविधाए प्रदान करने, क्षेत्र मे VHSND में सभी महिलाओ का स्वास्थ्य जाँच के साथ एनीमिया, हीमोग्लोबिन की जाँच करने तथा आवश्यक चिकित्सिय सहायता प्रदान करने के निदेश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने सभी प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी को अपने क्षेत्र अंतर्गत उप सवस्थ केन्द्रो का औचक निरिक्षण कर आवश्यक सुविधाओं का जायजा लेने तथा उपलब्ध संसाधनों का समुचित सदुपयोग कर लोगो को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधा प्रदान करने तथा जिला स्तरीय टीम को नियमित रूप से क्षेत्रो में भ्रमण कर योजनाओं की कार्य प्रगति पर विशेष ध्यान रखने के निदेश दिए।

समीक्षा क्रम मे उपायुक्त ने लो बर्थ बेबीस (MAM/SAM) को चिन्हित कर नजदीकी एमटीसी में एडमिट करा बेहतर चिकित्सीय सहायता, देखभाल तथा पोषण युक्त आहार उपलब्ध कराने के निदेश दिए। वहीं अभियान चलाकर यक्षमा, कुष्ट, HIV, मलेरिया तथा डेंगू मरीजों की पहचान कर ससमय बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाए प्रदान करने तथा मरीजों का निश्चित समयावधी में नियमित जाँच करने के निदेश दिए।

बैठक में उपायुक्त के साथ मुख्य रूप से सिविल सर्जन डॉ अजय सिन्हा, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी श्रीमती सत्या ठाकुर , WHO के पदाधिकारी, सभी एमओआईसी, DPM NRLM सभी बीपीओ एवं विभिन्न चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

*When the work progress of various schemes was found to be slow, the concerned MOIC was put on alert*

In the Collectorate auditorium, Deputy Commissioner Shri Ravi Shankar Shukla reviewed the schemes run under the Health Department point by point. In the meeting, while reviewing the financial and physical performance of all the programs run under the National Health Mission, the Deputy Commissioner gave many necessary instructions. During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed the programs of registration of pregnant women, HIV testing, ANC testing, VHSND, distribution of iron tablets, institutional delivery and home delivery, TV testing, HIV testing, malaria-dengue testing etc. and gave necessary instructions. During this period, if the work progress of various schemes was found to be slow, the Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned MOIC to take cause. And all MOICs should be given emphasis on increasing institutional delivery, identifying the areas with low percentage of institutional delivery and providing all necessary facilities, health checkup of all women in VHSND in the area along with checking of anemia, hemoglobin and providing necessary medical assistance. Gave instructions.

The Deputy Commissioner asked all the medical officers in charge to make surprise inspections of the sub health centers under their area and take stock of the necessary facilities and to provide better health facilities to the people by making proper use of the available resources and to make plans for the district level team to visit the areas regularly. Gave instructions to pay special attention to work progress.

During the review, the Deputy Commissioner gave instructions to identify low birth babies (MAM/SAM) and admit them in the nearest MTC and provide them with better medical assistance, care and nutritious food. By running a campaign, instructions were given to identify the patients suffering from Tuberculosis, Leprosy, HIV, Malaria and Dengue and to provide better health facilities on time and to check the patients regularly at regular intervals.

In the meeting, along with the Deputy Commissioner, mainly Civil Surgeon Dr. Ajay Sinha, District Social Welfare Officer Smt. Satya Thakur, WHO officials, all MOICs, DPM NRLM, all BPOs and various medical officers were present.
