*टीएमसी सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा की संसद सदस्यता रद्द, लोकसभा में बहस के बाद एथिक्स कमेटी की रिपोर्ट मंजूर…*

दिल्ली। कैश फॉर क्वेरी मामले को लेकर टीएमसी (TMC) की सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा की लोकसभा सदस्यता खत्म कर दी गई।संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र के पांचवे दिन लोकसभा ने आचार समिति की उस रिपोर्ट को मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है। जिसमें तृणमूल कांग्रेस की सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा को निष्कासित करने की सिफारिश की गई थी। आपको बताते चलें कि महुआ मोइत्रा के खिलाफ कैश-फॉर-क्वेरी आरोपों पर लोकसभा की एथिक्स कमेटी ने आज ही अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट पेश की थी। जिसके बाद लोकसभा सचिवालय ने एक्शन लिया है।

रिपोर्ट पेश होने के बाद संसद में विपक्षी सांसदों ने जमकर हंगामा किया और नारेबाजी की। सदन को भी स्थगित करना पड़ा।आइए अब आपको एथिक्स कमेटी की रिपोर्ट की कॉपी के वो दो पेज दिखाते हैं जिसमें महुआ मोइत्रा को निष्कासित करने की सिफारिश की गई है। रिपोर्ट में महुआ से हुई पूछताछ का हवाला देते हुए ये भी लिखा गया है कि महुआ के खिलाफ लगे आरोप बेहद गंभीर हैं, ऐसे में उनपर एक्शन होना चाहिए।

आपको बताते चलें कि महुआ मोइत्रा मामले में एथिक्स कमेटी ने अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट 10 नवंबर को ही लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला के पास भेज दी थी।पैसे लेकर संसद में सवाल पूछने के मामले में लोकसभा अध्यक्ष बिरला के निर्देश पर पूरे मामले की जांच कर एथिक्स कमेटी ने लगभग 500 पन्नों की अपनी रिपोर्ट तैयार की थी, जिसे तमाम मतभेदों के बावजूद एथिक्स कमेटी की बैठक में 6-4 के अंतर से मंजूर कर लिया गया था।
