35 लाख लिए कर्ज,सूद के साथ लौटाए 1.09 करोड़,अब और मांग रहा 37 लाख…

–नहीं देने पर कारोबारी को जान से मारने और बच्चे को अगवा करने की मिल रही है धमकी, प्राथमिकी दर्ज

राँची।राजधानी राँची में सूद की राशि को लेकर एक कारोबारी ने दूसरे कारोबारी पर धमकी देने और बच्चों को अगवा करने का आरोप लगाते हुए लालपुर थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई है। प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराने वाले कारोबारी का नाम विकास बाजाज है। वे बजाज इंटरप्राइजेज के संचालक है और ग्रीन न्यू इनक्लेव लोअर वर्धमान कंपाउंड लालपुर में रहते है। उनका आरोप है कि व्यापार को लेकर कुछ वर्ष पूर्व उनका परिचय दीपक अग्रवाल से हुआ।जो श्री अग्रवाल सेनेटरी के संचालक है। व्यापारिक गतिविधियों को लेकर उन्हें पैसों की जरूरत थी। इसके लिए उन्होंने दीपक अग्रवाल से संपर्क किया। दीपक अग्रवाल से उन्होंने कर्ज के रूप में 35 लाख 63 लाख रुपए उनके खाते में ट्रांसफर किए। इसके एवज में विकास बजाज ने दीपक अग्रवाल के दो बैंक खाते में अलग अलग तिथियों में 76 लाख 35 हजार और 33 लाख कुल एक करोड़ 9 लाख 35 हजार रुपए वापस कर दिए। इसके बाद भी दीपक अग्रवाल उनसे 37 लाख रुपए की और मांग कर रहे है। पैसे नहीं देने पर उन्हें जान से मारने और बच्चों को अगवा करने की धमकी दी जा रही है। यह भी धमकाया जा रहा है कि उनका व्यापार बंद करावा देंगे। यह भी आरोप है कि दीपक अग्रवाल ने अपने पिता विमल अग्रवाल के साथ उनके घर में आकर उऩन्हें मारा पीटा भी और उनका एटीएम कार्ड छीन लिया।वहीं एक दर्जन से ज्यादा साइन किया चेक रख लिया है।

इधर सिटी डीएसपी दीपक कुमार ने बताया कि दीपक अग्रवाल और विमल अग्रवाल के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर ली है और छानबीन की जा रही है।जांच के बाद कार्रवाई की जायेगी।

Ranchi. In the capital Ranchi, a businessman has lodged an FIR at Lalpur police station alleging that another businessman was threatening and kidnapping children over the amount of interest. The name of the businessman who lodged the FIR is Vikas Bajaj. He is the operator of Bajaj Enterprises and lives in Green New Enclave Lower Vardhman Compound Lalpur. He alleges that a few years back he was introduced to Deepak Agarwal, who is the director of Mr. Agarwal Sanitary. He needed money for business activities. For this he contacted Deepak Agarwal. He transferred Rs 35 lakh 63 lakh as loan from Deepak Agarwal to his account. In lieu of this, Vikas Bajaj returned 76 lakh 35 thousand and 33 lakh in two bank accounts of Deepak Aggarwal on different dates, totaling one crore 9 lakh 35 thousand rupees. Even after this, Deepak Agarwal is demanding Rs 37 lakh more from him. They are being threatened to kill and kidnap the children if they do not pay the money. It is also being threatened that their business will be stopped. It is also alleged that Deepak Aggarwal along with his father Vimal Aggarwal came to his house, beat him up and also took away his ATM card, and kept more than a dozen signed cheques.

Here City DSP Deepak Kumar told that an FIR has been registered against Deepak Agarwal and Vimal Agarwal and investigation is on. Action will be taken after investigation.
