मैथन में नही मिल रही है आदिवासी परिवार को मुआवजा, सरकारी सिस्टम है बेफ्रिक
निरसा(धनबाद) : एक तरफ हेमन्त सरकार राज्य के आदिवासियों के हित की बात करती लेकिन दूसरी ओर सरकार के सिस्टम से आदिवासी परिवार बेघर हो रहे है। मामला निरसा के एगयरकुण्ड प्रखंड मेढा पंचायत अंतर्गत मैथन संजय चौक स्थित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के समीप लगभग 20 आदिवासी परिवार विगत 40 से 45 साल से गुजर बसर कर रहे हैं सभी आदिवासी परिवार का झोपड़ीनुमा घर हैं जहां लगभग सैकड़ों लोग रहते हैं और मजदुरी कर अपना और अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण करते हैं इन दिनों राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग चौड़ीकरण का कार्य तीब्र गति से किया जा रहा है जिसके कारण सभी परिवारों को स्थापित किया जा रहा है परंतु प्रशासन की ओर से किसी प्रकार का कोई सहायता नहीं दिया जा रहा है पूर्व में इन सभी परिवारों को यह आश्वासन दिया गया था कि सभी को उचित मुआवजा दी जाएगी परंतु अब तक ना प्रशासन से ना ही एनएचआई द्वारा किसी प्रकार का कोई सहायता मिल रहा है सभी आदिवासी परिवार त्रिपाल के सहारे रह रहे हैं और उन्हें पल पल अपने आशियाने उजड़ने का डर सता रहा है जब इस बाबत हमने ग्राउंड रिपोर्टिंग की और वहां निवास कर रहे आदिवासी परिवारों से जानना चाहा तो उन्होंने अपनी दुख भरी दास्तां बताते हुए कहा कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग की कार्य प्रगति पर है
और हम सभी विगत 40 से 50 वर्षों से हमारे पूर्वज इसी स्थान पर निवास कर रहे हैं जिला प्रशासन एवं एनएचआई द्वारा हम सबो को स्थानांतरण करने एवं मुआवजा देने की बात कही गई थी अंचल कर्मचारी इस बाबत कई बार आएं और विस्थापित लोगों की सूची तैयार की 20 परिवारों में से महज 13 परिवार को ही सूची में नाम अंकित किया गया और मुआवजा देने की बात कही गई परंतु कई माह बीत जाने के बाद भी हम सबों का किसी प्रकार का कोई आशा का किरण नहीं दिख रहा है और कार्य तीब्र गति से हो रही है ऐसा प्रतीत हो रहा है कि हम सभी को विभाग द्वारा छला गया है हमसभी के बातों को राज सरकार तक नहीं पहुंचने दी जा रही है जिसके कारण हम सबको मुआवजा नहीं दी जा रही है चुकी अंचलाधिकारी का आवास मैथन में है और इसी संजय चौक से प्रतिदिन उनका आना जाना होता है परंतु आज तक हम विस्थापित परिवारों से एक दिन भी मिलने नहीं आई और ना ही हम सबों की बात को जिला एवं राज्य सरकार तक पहुंचाने का प्रयास किए हैं चुकी अंचलाधिकारी खुद महिला है और एक महिला होकर महिला का दर्द को नहीं समझ रही हैं राज्य में आदिवासी मुख्यमंत्री है और उन तक हम सबों की बात पहुंचने नहीं दी जा रही है जिसके कारण हम सभी अपने आप को छला हुआ महसूस कर रहे हैं।
इस बाबत जब हमने एगयरकुण्ड अंचला अधिकारी अमृता कुमारी से जानना चाहा तो उन्होंने बताया कि उक्त स्थल का कर्मचारी द्वारा सर्वे किया जा चुका है और जो भी विस्थापित हो रहे हैं सभी परिवारों का उचित मुआवजा दिया जाएगा एनएचआई द्वारा को पत्राचार किया गया है कम्परशेषन के तहत सभी विस्थापित परिवारों को उचित मुआवजा दिया जाना है जो कि जल्द भुगतान होगा।
अगर प्रशासन चाहे तो इन सभी विस्थापित परिवारों को पुनर्वास करवाई जा सकती है क्योंकि क्षेत्र में सरकारी भू- खण्ड स्थित है अगर सरकार द्वारा सभी विस्थापितों को पुनर्वास की जाती है तो सभी को परिवारो को सर ढकने के लिए आशियाना मिल सकता है अब देखना है कि सरकार इन आदिवासी परिवारो के दर्द में मलहम लगाने में कितना कामयाब हो पाती हैं।

About 20 tribal families have been living for the past 40 to 45 years near the National Highway located at Maithan Sanjay Chowk under Egyarkund Block Medha Panchayat of Mamla Nirsa. All the tribal families have hut houses where hundreds of people live and work for themselves and their families. Let’s take care of the family These days the work of widening the national highway is being done at a fast pace due to which all the families are being established but no help is being given by the administration. It was assured that everyone will be given proper compensation, but till now neither the administration nor the NHI is getting any kind of help. All the tribal families are living on the support of Tripal and they are afraid of getting their homes destroyed every moment. When we did ground reporting in this regard and wanted to know from the tribal families living there, they told their sad story and said that the work of National Highway is in progress.
And all of us, our forefathers have been living at this place for the last 40 to 50 years. The district administration and NHI had asked us to transfer and give compensation. Circle employees came several times in this regard and prepared a list of displaced people. Out of 20 families, only 13 families were named in the list and were told to give compensation, but even after several months, we all do not see any ray of hope and the work should be done at a fast pace. It seems that all of us have been cheated by the department, all of our talks are not being allowed to reach the state government, due to which compensation is not being given to all of us. They have to come and go every day, but till date we have not come to meet the displaced families even for a single day, nor have we tried to convey their concerns to the district and state government.
