अखिल झारखंड विस्थापित अधिकार मंच के बैनर तले 84 मौजा के 116 गांव के विस्थापित द्वारा पुराना कार्यालय अधीक्षण परिसर चांडिल में 16 दिन से अनिश्चितकालीन धरना पर बैठे हैं।
विगत 129 दिन से गोविंदपुर खीरी निवासी श्री मनोहर महतो आदित्यपुर विकास भवन पुनर्वास कार्यालय के सामने अनशन पर बैठे हैं ।
विभाग ना कोई वार्ता कर रहा है और ना ही मांगों पर कोई सुनवाई हो रहा है इसलिए सभी विस्थापितों ने आरपार के मूड में अंतिम लड़ाई की पूरी तैयारी करके बैठे हैं।
चरणबद्ध तरीके से लड़ाई चल रहा है आज आंदोलन का दूसरा चरण के दूसरा अध्याय में आदित्यपुर कार्यालय का गेट जाम तथा तालाबंदी का कार्यक्रम है। आंदोलन का तीसरा चरण 5 जुलाई को इचागढ़ विधायक सविता महतो तथा जल संसाधन विभाग श्री हेमंत सोरेन का पुतला दहन के साथ धरना स्थल से चांडिल बांध तक विस्थापित महारैली का कार्यक्रम रखा गया है। आंदोलन के दूसरा चरण 26 जून को चांडिल पुनर्वास ऑफिस गेट जाम के दौरान ऑफिस परिसर में शराब बीयर की बोतलें तथा गांजा का पेड़ मिलने के बाद विस्थापित आक्रोशित है
मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित राकेश रंजन महतो, फुल चांद महतो,विवेक सिंह, आस्तिक महतो, विष्णु पौधों महतो सीताराम महतो, अरुण दीवार, मुगल गोप, गोपेश महतो, बाबूलाल गोप, नारद महतो, विधु वाला महतो, गीता रानी महतो ,मुन्नीदेवी महतो, प्रतिमा महतो, जगबंधु दीवार, अशोका महतो ,माधुरी महतो, निदेश मुर्मू, सुमित्रा महतो, भानुमति महतो ,ठाकुर दास महतो, रोमनी महतो, रविवारी महतो ,लोधी वाला महतो एवं सैकड़ों की मात्रा में महिला पुरुष उपस्थित थे।
Under the banner of All Jharkhand Displaced Rights Forum, the displaced persons of 116 villages of 84 Mauja are sitting on an indefinite strike for 16 days in the old superintendent’s office premises, Chandil.
Mr. Manohar Mahato, a resident of Govindpur Kheri, is sitting on hunger strike in front of the Adityapur Vikas Bhawan rehabilitation office for the last 129 days.
The department is neither holding any talks nor any hearing is being held on the demands, so all the displaced persons are sitting in a cross mood with full preparation for the final battle.
The fight is going on in a phased manner, today in the second chapter of the second phase of the movement, there is a program of gate jam and lockout of the Adityapur office. In the third phase of the movement, on July 5, a program of displaced people from the protest site to Chandil Dam has been organized along with effigy burning of Ichagarh MLA Savita Mahato and Water Resources Department Mr. Hemant Soren. In the second phase of the movement, during the Chandil Rehabilitation Office gate jam on June 26, the displaced are agitated after liquor, beer bottles and hemp trees were found in the office premises.
Mainly present Rakesh Ranjan Mahto, Phool Chand Mahto, Vivek Singh, Aastik Mahto, Vishnu Plants Mahto, Sitaram Mahto, Arun Deewar, Mughal Gop, Gopesh Mahto, Babulal Gop, Narad Mahto, Vidhu Wala Mahto, Geeta Rani Mahto, Munnidevi Mahto, Pratima Mahato, Jagbandhu Diwar, Ashoka Mahato, Madhuri Mahato, Nidesh Murmu, Sumitra Mahato, Bhanumati Mahato, Thakur Das Mahato, Romani Mahato, Sunday Mahato, Lodhi Wala Mahato and hundreds of men and women were present.
