पारा शिक्षकों के बकाया भुगतान को लेकर उपायुक्त से मिला संघ।
सरायकेला। ईचागढ़ प्रखंड के दो पारा शिक्षकों के बकाये मानदेय भुगतान को लेकर पारा शिक्षक-गैर पारा जेटेट सफल अभ्यर्थी संघ झारखण्ड प्रदेश का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल शुक्रवार को उपायुक्त अरवा राजकमल से मुलाकात कर ज्ञापन सौंपा। प्रतिनिधिमंडल का नेतृत्व कर रहे संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष कुणाल दास ने कहा कि दिवंगत पारा शिक्षक डोमन चन्द्र मांझी की मृत्यु तकरीबन दो वर्ष पूर्व हो गई थी। विद्यालय भवन निर्माण कार्य में अनियमितता को लेकर उनका चार साल से मानदेय बंद था। बाद में वर्ष 2020 में हाईकोर्ट ने विद्यालय भवन निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण होने की स्थिति में दिवंगत पारा शिक्षक के बकाये मानदेय भुगतान का आदेश दिया था। इस संदर्भ में बीआरसी ईचागढ़ की ओर से धरातलीय जांच के उपरांत पत्र भी जारी किया गया था कि उनके बकाये मानदेय का भुगतान उनकी विधवा सुकुरमनी मांझी को किया जाय। किंतु जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक कार्यालय ने विगत एक वर्ष से उनका भुगतान ठंडे बस्ते में डाल रखा है। ऐसे में एक आदिवासी विधवा महिला होने के बावजूद सुकुरमनी मांझी के समक्ष जीवन-यापन की समस्या आ खड़ी हुई है। दो बच्चों समेत गुजारा काफी मुश्किल हो रहा है। दूसरी ओर भवन निर्माण कार्य में अनियमितता के ही एक अन्य मामले में पारा शिक्षक अजित कुमार महतो के भी बकाया मानदेय के भुगतान की स्वीकृति बीइइओ ईचागढ़ दे चुके हैं लेकिन अब तक भुगतान नहीं हो सका है। श्री दास ने आगे कहा कि विभाग पूरी तरह से पारा शिक्षकों के प्रति संवेदनहीन हो चुका है। यही कारण है कि उपायुक्त के समक्ष न्याय की गुहार लगानी पड़ी। यदि इस संदर्भ में यथाशीघ्र समाधान नहीं हुआ तो संघ उग्र आंदोलन करने को बाध्य होगा।

A delegation of Jharkhand Pradesh’s Para Teacher-Non Para Jetet Successful Candidates Association met Deputy Commissioner Arva Rajkamal and handed over a memorandum regarding payment of outstanding honorarium to two para teachers of Ichagarh block. The State President of the Sangh, who is leading the delegation, Kunal Das said that the late mercury teacher Doman Chandra Manjhi had died about two years ago. Due to irregularities in the school building construction work, his honorarium was stopped for four years. Later in the year 2020, the High Court had ordered the payment of arrears of honorarium to the late para teacher in case of completion of school building construction. The honorarium should be paid to his widow Sukurmani Manjhi. But the District Education Superintendent’s office has kept their payment in cold storage for the last one year. In such a situation, despite being a tribal widow, Sukurmani Manjhi is faced with the problem of livelihood. It is becoming very difficult to survive with two children. On the other hand, in another case of irregularity in building construction work, BEEO Ichagarh has also approved the payment of outstanding honorarium of para teacher Ajit Kumar Mahto, but till now the payment has not been made. Shri Das further said that the department has become completely insensitive towards para teachers. This is the reason why we had to plead for justice before the Deputy Commissioner. If there is no solution in this context as soon as possible, then the Sangh will be bound to launch an aggressive movement.
