ऊर्जा मित्र (मीटर रीडर) घर बैठे बिजली बिल निकालेंगे तो पकड़ में आ जाएंगे। । बिल बनाने वाली एजेंसी बिलिंग एप आइडिया इंफिनिटिव ने अपने सॉफ्टवेयर में नई तकनीक का उपयोग किया है। इस तकनीक से बिल निकालने के साथ-साथ उपभोक्ताओं के घर के लोकेशन की भी इंट्री बिल में हो जाएगी। इससे पता चल जाएगा कि मीटर रीडर बिजली उपभोक्ता के घर जाकर बिल बनाया है या नहीं। विभाग के पास इस बात की लगातार शिकायत आ रही थी कि ऊर्जा मित्र मीटर रीडिंग के लिए घर नहीं आते हैं और बिल बनाकर दे देते हैं। नई तकनीक से इस तरह की शिकायत पर रोक लग जाएगी।
ऊर्जा मित्रों को एजेंसी की ओर से मोबाइल दिया गया है। इसमें ही बिल निकालने के लिए एप को इनबिल्ड किया गया है। इसके सहारे ही ऊर्जा मित्र बिल निकालते हैं। इसी मोबाइल के साफ्ट वेयर को अपडेट कर इसमें प्रत्येक उपभोक्ता के मीटर का जीपीएस लोकेशन डाला गया है। इससे बिलिंग की मॉनेटरिंग करने वाले अधिकारी अपने डैश बोर्ड पर ऊर्जा मित्रों का लोकेशन देख सकेंगे। यह सिस्टम विभाग में पहली बार लागू किया गया है। इससे उपभोक्ताओं को सही बिल मिलेगा।
धनबाद एरिया बोर्ड के अधीन 350 से अधिक ऊर्जा मित्र हैं। इसमें कुछ ऐेसे ऊर्जा मित्र भी हैं, जो घर बैठे ही बिल बना देते हैं। इससे यूनिट से अधिक बिल आने की शिकायत हमेशा रहती है। आये दिन उपभोक्ता बिजली की खपत से अधिक बिल आने की शिकायत लेकर कार्यालय का चक्कर लगाते हैं। इसकी जानकारी विभागीय अधिकारी को भी है। उपभोक्ताओं का कहना है कि दो-दो महीने से बिल नहीं आता है और फिर अचानक से दो से तीन माह का बिल आ जाता है। मीटर में उठी यूनिट और बिल का मिलान करने पर यह मामला सामने आता है।
आइडिया इंफिनिटिव बिलिंग एप में जीपीएस कोड के जरिए बिल निकालने का लोकेशन पता चल जाएगा। ऊर्जा मित्र उपभोक्ता के घर जाकर ही बिल बना सकेंगे। इससे उपभोक्ताओं को सही बिल मिलेगा।

This issue comes to the fore after matching the metered unit and the bill.
In the Idea Infinitive Billing app, the location of the biller will be known through the GPS code. Urja Mitra will be able to make bills by visiting the consumer’s house. With this, the consumers will get the correct bill.
