कोरोना के संभावित खतरे को लेकर चल रही तैयारी:झारखंड के इन जिलों में सात जनवरी से शुरू हो जाएगा आरटी-पीसीआर लैब, रिपोर्ट के लिए नहीं करना होगा इंतजार
झारखंड में कोरोना के संभावित खतरे को देखते हुए राज्य सरकार की तैयारियां अब भी जारी हैं। लगभग हर जिले के सदर अस्पताल को एक्टिव किया जा रहा है। जिन जिलों में जांच सेंटर की संख्या कम थी या जांच सेंटर नहीं थे, वहां भी सेंटर खोले जा रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में राज्य के 12 जिले में तैयार आरटी-पीसीआर लैब सात जनवरी से एक्टिव को जाएंगे। इसके बाद से इन जिले के लोगों को आरटी-पीसीआर टेस्ट के लिए दूसरे जिले पर निर्भर नहीं रहना होगा। सेंटर एक्टिव करने की तैयारियां अपने अंतिम चरण में है।
स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने सिविल सर्जन को दिए निर्देश
बताते चलें कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने कोरोना के नए वैरिएंट बीएफ-7 से निपटने के लिए 12 जिलों में स्थापित आरटी-पीसीआर जांच शुरू करने का निर्देश संबंधित जिले के सिविल सर्जनों को दिए हैं। अभी तक इन जिलों के सैंपल जांच के लिए दूसरे जिलों के मेडिकल कॉलेजों या सदर अस्पतालों को भेजे जाते थे, जहां पूर्व में लैब स्थापित की जा चुकी थी। जिन जिलों में सात जनवरी से जांच शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए हैं उनमें गढ़वा, गिरिडीह, चतरा, लातेहार, लोहरदगा, जामताड़ा, पाकुड़, कोडरमा, खूंटी, रामगढ़, सिमडेगा तथा सरायकेला खरसावां शामिल हैं।
30 लाख रुपये में तैयार हुआ है एक लैब
जिन 12 जिलों में आरटी-पीसीआर लैब बनाए गए हैं, उनको बनाने में प्रति लैब 30 लाख रुपये खर्च किए गए हैं। बताते चलें कि इन जिलों में इमरजेंसी कोविड रेस्पांस पैकेज-2 के तहत केंद्र से मिली राशि से आरटी-पीसीआर लैब बनाए गए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने 26 दिसंबर को कोरोना को लेकर हुई उच्च स्तरीय बैठक में इन जिलों में जल्द से जल्द जांच शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए थे।
अपर अभियान निदेशक ने भेजा पत्र
बताते चलें कि 12 जिलों के सिविल सर्जन को स्वास्थ्य विभाग के संयुक्त सचिव सह अपर अभियान निदेशक विद्यानंद शर्मा पंकज ने पत्र भेजकर कहा है कि कोरोना के नए वैरिएंट बीएफ-7 के देश में दस्तक देने से पहले राज्य के सभी जिलों में ही आरटी-पीसीआर जांच बहुत जरूरी है, जिससे ओपीडी में आने वाले संदिग्ध रोगियों की जांच कर समय पर उसके संक्रमित होने की पहचान की जा सके। उनसे मिली जानकारी के अनुसार विभाग द्वारा पूर्व में उपलब्ध कराए गए ले आउट तथा आइसीएमआर की मानकों के अनुसार आरटी-पीसीआर लैब में जांच शुरू करने को कहा गया है।
मैनपावर को मिल चुका है प्रशिक्षण
12 जिलों के आरटी-पीसीआर लैब संचालित करने के लिए दो-दो लैब तकनीशियन तथा एक-एक पैथोलाजिस्ट या माइक्रोबायालाजिस्ट को प्रशिक्षण दिया जा चुका है। इन्हें रिम्स के माइक्रोबायोलाजी विभाग के प्रभारी डॉ मनोज कुमार से कॉर्डिनेशन बनाते हुए आइसीएमआर से प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया के लिए सैंपल डाटा वैलिडेशन का कार्य करने को कहा है। जांच के लिए किट तथा अन्य सामग्री की व्यवस्था जिला स्तर पर की जाएगी। सभी संबंधित जिलों से सात जनवरी तक की गई कार्रवाई की रिपोर्ट भी मांगी गई है।
In view of the possible danger of corona in Jharkhand, the preparations of the state government are still going on. Sadar hospitals of almost every district are being activated. Centers are also being opened in the districts where the number of testing centers were less or there were no testing centres. In this sequence, RT-PCR labs prepared in 12 districts of the state will go active from January 7. After this, the people of these districts will not have to depend on other districts for RT-PCR test. Preparations to activate the center are in their final stage.
Health department gave instructions to civil surgeon
Let us inform that the Health Department has given instructions to the civil surgeons of the concerned district to start the RT-PCR test set up in 12 districts to deal with the new variant BF-7 of Corona. Till now the samples of these districts were sent for examination to the Medical Colleges or Sadar Hospitals of other districts, where labs had been established earlier. The districts where instructions have been given to start the investigation from January 7 include Garhwa, Giridih, Chatra, Latehar, Lohardaga, Jamtara, Pakur, Koderma, Khunti, Ramgarh, Simdega and Seraikela Kharsawan.
A lab has been prepared in 30 lakh rupees
In the 12 districts where RT-PCR labs have been set up, Rs 30 lakh has been spent per lab. Let us tell that RT-PCR labs have been set up in these districts with the funds received from the Center under the Emergency Covid Response Package-2. Chief Minister Hemant Soren had given instructions to start investigation in these districts at the earliest in a high-level meeting on Corona on December 26.
Letter sent by Additional Campaign Director
Let us inform that Vidyanand Sharma Pankaj, Joint Secretary cum Additional Campaign Director, Health Department, has sent a letter to civil surgeons of 12 districts saying that RT-PCR should be done in all the districts of the state before the new variant of Corona, BF-7, enters the country. Investigation is very important, so that suspected patients coming to the OPD can be identified timely after examining them. According to the information received from them, the department has been asked to start the investigation in the RT-PCR lab as per the layout provided earlier and according to the standards of ICMR.
Manpower has received training
Two lab technicians and one pathologist or microbiologist each have been trained to operate RT-PCR labs in 12 districts. In coordination with Dr. Manoj Kumar, in-charge of the Department of Microbiology, RIMS, he has been asked to do the work of sample data validation for the process of obtaining the certificate from ICMR. Kits and other materials for testing will be arranged at the district level. An action taken report has also been sought from all the concerned districts till January 7.
