झारखंड में हेमंत सरकार के 4 साल पूरे होने के उपलक्ष में खरसावां प्रखंड के कृष्णापुर अंतर्गत डागलटाड फुटबॉल मैदान में आपकी योजना आपकी सरकार आपके द्वारा शिविर का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें विभिन्न विभागों के 14 स्टॉल लगाकर सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ ऑन द स्पॉट पहुंचाया गया कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन खरसावां के दशरथ गागराई, जिला उप विकास आयुक्त प्रवीण कुमार गागराई, सरायकेला अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी पारुल सिंह, प्रमुख मनेद् जामुदा, मुखिया रश्मि सीय आदि ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया मौके पर गागराई ने कहा कि हेमंत सरकार आपके द्वारा कार्यक्रम के तहत घर-घर विकास योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचने का प्रयास कर रही है ताकि ग्रामीणों को सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ ऑन द स्पॉट मिले किसी भी ग्रामीण को सरकारी कार्यालय का चक्कर लगाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़े इस सफल कार्यक्रम के बाद भी जो ग्रामीण सरकारी योजना के लाभ से वंचित रहेंगे उन्हें पुन, लाभ पहुंचाने का कार्य किया जाएगा इसका उद्देश्य सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही योजनाओं के बारे में जागरूक करना है ग्रामीण हेमंत सरकार की योजनाओं को लाभ ले। वही डीडीसी ने कहा कि ऐसी कोई नागरिक है जिन्हें प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल पाया है तथा जिनके पास आवास की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है ऐसे लोगों को आर्थिक स्थिति सुधारने और उन्हें पक्का मकान उपलब्ध कराने के लिए झारखंड सरकार आबुआ आवास योजना की शुरुआत की है। एसडीओ ने भी सरकारी योजनाओं के बारे में विस्तार पूर्वक जानकारी देते हुए अंतिम पायदान में खड़े व्यक्ति तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने की बात कही । पांच लाभुकों को मिला किशोरी योजना का लाभ आपकी योजना आपकी सरकार आपके द्वारा कार्यक्रम में पांच लाभको की सावित्रीबाई फूले किशोरी समृद्ध योजनाओं का स्वीकृति पत्र वितरण किया गया उसके अलावा 10 लाभको की सीना सीबरन, धीती साड़ी योजना का लाभ दिया गया 16 लाभको की जाति, आय, आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र का वितरण, मनेरगा के तहत बिरसा सिचाई कुप सवधेन मिशन अंतर्गत चार लाभको में प्रमाण पत्र वितरण एवं एक लाभक के बीच आम बागवानी करने का प्रमाण पत्र वितरण किया गया। मौके पर खरसावां विधायक दशरथ गागराई, डीडीसी प्रवीण कुमार गागराई, एसडीएम पारुल सिंह, प्रमुख मनेद् जामुदा, बीडीओ प्रधान माझी, सीओ कुमारी शीला उरांव, जिप सावित्री बानरा, मुखिया रश्मि सीय, अजय सामड, अर्जुन गीप, अनूप सिंह देव, विभिन्न विभागों के कर्मचारी व ग्रामीण मौजूद थे।
