पश्चिम सिंहभूम जिला समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त श्री अनन्य मित्तल के अध्यक्षता में जिला ई-गवर्नेंस सोसायटी की समीक्षा के निमित्त बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।

बैठक में उपायुक्त के द्वारा स्कूल सर्टिफिकेट के पेंडेंसी रिपोर्ट की समीक्षा के क्रम में निर्देशित किया गया कि आगामी बैठक से पूर्व ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्राप्त करने में प्रगति लाया जाए तथा लक्ष्य का 50% आवेदन के आलोक में प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत करना सुनिश्चित हो। प्रत्येक प्रखंड में एक आधार सेवा केंद्र खोलने के तदर्थ पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी को सभी प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी से समन्वय कर आधार सेवा केंद्र स्थापित करने के लिए प्राथमिक हेल्थ सेंटर में एक कमरा उपलब्ध करवाने की कार्रवाई के संदर्भ में निर्देशित किया गया।
इसके अलावा पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी को जिला के सभी पंचायत में एकरूपता लाने हेतु पंचायत शुद्धिकरण की राशि का उपयोग करने के निमित्त पंचायत के मुखिया गण को सूचित करने, सभी पंचायत भवनों के प्रज्ञा केंद्रों के संचालक को बैंकिंग कॉरेस्पोंडेंस के रूप में नामित करने से संबंधित एक आवेदन रीजनल ऑफिस को भेजने तथा फॉरेस्ट राइट एक्ट-2006 के तहत वन पट्टा आवेदन एवं अप्रूवल के मॉनिटरिंग और रिकॉर्ड कीपिंग करने हेतु पोर्टल या ऐप डेवलप करने का निर्देश भी दिया गया। उक्त बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त श्री संदीप कुमार मीणा(भा.प्र.से), ट्रेजरी ऑफिसर, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी, जगन्नाथपुर क्षेत्रीय शिक्षा पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य उपस्थित रहे।
In the meeting, while reviewing the pendency report of school certificate, the Deputy Commissioner directed that progress should be made in receiving online applications before the upcoming meeting and the target of issuing certificates should be ensured in the light of 50% applications. In order to open an Aadhaar Seva Center in each block, the ad-hoc Panchayati Raj Officer was directed to coordinate with all the in-charge medical officers and take action to provide a room in the Primary Health Center for setting up an Aadhaar Seva Centre.
Apart from this, a communication related to the Panchayati Raj Officer to inform the Panchayat head for using the amount of Panchayat purification to bring uniformity in all the Panchayats of the district, nominating the director of the Pragya Centers of all the Panchayat buildings as Banking Correspondent. Instructions were also given to send the applications to the Regional Office and develop a portal or app for monitoring and record keeping of forest lease applications and approvals under the Forest Rights Act-2006. Deputy Development Commissioner Shri Sandeep Kumar Meena (I.P.), Treasury Officer, District Planning Officer, District Panchayati Raj Officer, Jagannathpur Regional Education Officer and others were present in the said meeting.
