NEET UG Paper Leak 2024:हजारीबाग के ओएसिस स्कूल के प्राचार्य सह एनटीए के सिटी कोऑर्डिनेटर डॉ. एहसान उल हक ने पत्रकारों को बताया कि परीक्षा में एनटीए की मार्गदर्शिका का पालन किया गया है। उन्होंने अपने कर्तव्य का पालन जिम्मेदारीपूर्वक किया है।
NEET UG Paper Leak 2024:हजारीबाग, जमालुद्दीन: हजारीबाग के ओएसिस स्कूल के प्राचार्य सह एनटीए सिटी कोऑर्डिनेटर डॉ. एहसान उल हक ने सोमवार को पत्रकारों को बताया कि उन्होंने पांच मई को नीट यूजी की परीक्षा का आयोजन किया था, जिसमें वे एनटीए की मार्गदर्शिका का पूरा पालन किया था। बिहार ईओयू की टीम ने प्रश्न पत्र के लीक मामले की जांच की है, और हजारीबाग पहुंची टीम ने इसमें पूरा सहयोग दिया। जांच के दौरान कूरियर के कर्मचारियों ने बताया कि प्रश्न पत्र के बक्से 3 मई 2024 को ब्लू डार्ट कूरियर सर्विस द्वारा हजारीबाग के एसबीआई बैंक पहुंचाए गए थे, जो रांची से ई-रिक्शा के माध्यम से भेजे गए थे।
जिम्मेदारी का पूरा निर्वहन किया गया है।
हजारीबाग के ओएसिस स्कूल के प्राचार्य डॉ. एहसान उल हक ने बताया कि 05 मई 2024 को हजारीबाग में पांच केंद्रों पर नीट यूजी की परीक्षा संपन्न हुई थी। पटना में एक बुकलेट में आयोजित नीट प्रश्न पत्र मिला था, जिसकी जांच के लिए ईओयू की टीम 21 जून को हजारीबाग आई। ईओयू जांच टीम के साथ उन्होंने एसबीआई बैंक भी गए, जो नीट पेपर का कस्टोडियन था। प्रश्नों के बक्से 5 मई 2024 की सुबह 7:30 बजे के बाद प्राप्त होने के बाद उन्होंने अपने दायित्व का पूरा निर्वहन किया। जांच की प्रक्रिया अभी चल रही है और दोषी ठहराना इस समय अनुचित होगा।
वीडियोग्राफी के द्वारा सील्ड बॉक्स खोला गया।
पांच मई को दोपहर एक बजे, परीक्षा केंद्र ओएसिस स्कूल में सील्ड बॉक्स को वीडियोग्राफी के साथ ऑब्जर्वर, सीएस, शिक्षक और विद्यार्थी के समक्ष खोला गया था। ईओयू की टीम ने इसके बारे में संपूर्ण जानकारी प्राप्त की। इसके बाद, ब्लू डार्ट कूरियर संस्था बिहार में आगंतुक की जाँच के लिए तैयार हुई।
बिहार के पटना में रटवाया गया था उत्तर
नीट यूजी पेपर लीक मामले में बिहार ईओयू (आर्थिक अपराध इकाई) की टीम को पटना में आधा जला प्रश्न पत्र मिला था. प्रश्न पत्र के कोड से हजारीबाग के ओएसिस स्कूल के पेपर की पहचान हुई थी. प्रश्न पत्र बरामद होने के बाद ईओयू की टीम झारखंड के हजारीबाग पहुंची और मामले की जांच की. चार मई की रात को पटना के खेमनीचक इलाके के लर्न एंड प्ले स्कूल में 35-40 छात्रों को रखकर प्रश्न पत्र का उत्तर रटवाया जा रहा था. पुलिस छापेमारी में कई छात्रों की गिरफ्तारी हुई. इसके साथ ही कई कागजातों के साथ जले हुए प्रश्न पत्र के टुकड़े भी मिले थे. हजारीबाग एसबीआई बैंक से पांच मई को पांच परीक्षा केंद्रों पर प्रश्न पत्र गया था. रांची कूरियर से हजारीबाग कूरियर और एसबीआई बैंक लॉकर में पांच मई से पहले प्रश्न पत्रों की पेटी को हैंड ओवर और टेक ओवर किया गया है. इसकी जांच की जा रही है. परीक्षा केंद्र ओएसिस स्कूल में मौजूद प्रश्न पत्र की पेटी को भी फॉरेंसिक जांच के लिए ईओयू की टीम अपने साथ ले गयी है. जांच के दौरान सभी साक्ष्यों को टीम अपने साथ ले गयी है.
हजारीबाग में इन पांच केंद्रों पर हुई थी परीक्षा
बिहार ईओयू की टीम ने 21 जून को ओएसिस स्कूल में आकर नीट परीक्षा संचालन से संबंधित जानकारी ली. हजारीबाग शहर के पांच स्कूलों में नीट परीक्षा का केंद्र था. इसमें ओएसिस स्कूल, होली क्रॉस स्कूल, डीएवी स्कूल, विवेकानंद पब्लिक स्कूल एवं संत जेवियर्स स्कूल शामिल हैं. ईओयू की टीम ने हजारीबाग एसबीआई बैंक से पांच मई को ऑब्जर्वर द्वारा नीट का प्रश्न पत्र प्राप्त करने की जानकारी ली. बैंक से रिसीव करने का समय व हस्ताक्षर की भी जांच की गयी. टीम ने बैंक के लॉकर तक प्रश्न पत्र की पेटी आने और परीक्षा केंद्र तक जाने का वीडियोग्राफी फुटेज देखा. एसबीआई से सभी पांच परीक्षा केंद्रों पर पांच मई की सुबह प्रश्न पत्र पेटी भेजे जाने की भी जानकारी ली गयी.

Dr. Ehsan Ul Haq, Principal of Oasis School, Hazaribagh, said that the NEET UG examination was conducted at five centers in Hazaribagh on 05 May 2024. NEET question paper organized in a booklet was found in Patna, for which the EOU team came to Hazaribagh on June 21 to investigate. Along with the EOU investigation team, he also went to SBI Bank, which was the custodian of the NEET paper. He fully discharged his responsibility after receiving the box of questions after 7:30 am on 5th May 2024. The investigation process is still ongoing and it would be inappropriate to assign blame at this time.

In the NEET UG paper leak case, the team of Bihar EOU (Economic Offenses Unit) had found half burnt question paper in Patna. The paper of Oasis School, Hazaribagh was identified from the code of the question paper. After the question paper was recovered, the EOU team reached Hazaribagh in Jharkhand and investigated the matter. On the night of May 4, 35-40 students were kept in the Learn and Play School in Khemnichak area of Patna and were made to memorize the answers to the question paper. Many students were arrested in the police raid. Along with this, pieces of burnt question paper were also found along with many documents. The question paper was sent from Hazaribagh SBI Bank to five examination centers on May 5. The box of question papers has been handed over and taken over from Ranchi Courier to Hazaribagh Courier and SBI Bank Locker before May 5. It is being verified. The EOU team has also taken the question paper box present in the examination center Oasis School with itself for forensic examination. The team has taken all the evidence with itself during the investigation.

The team of Bihar EOU came to Oasis School on 21st June and took information related to the conduct of NEET examination. Hazaribagh was the center of NEET examination among five schools of the city. This includes Oasis School, Holy Cross School, DAV School, Vivekananda Public School and St. Xavier’s School. The EOU team took information from Hazaribagh SBI Bank about the receipt of NEET question paper by the Observer on May 5. The time of receipt from the bank and the signature were also checked. The team watched the videography footage of the question paper box reaching the bank locker and going to the examination centre. Information was also taken from SBI about sending question paper boxes to all the five examination centers on the morning of May 5.
