*बिहार सरकार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा आदेश *

बिहार: बिहार में CM नीतीश कुमार की सरकार ने जाति आधारित सर्वेक्षण कराया है। इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर याचिका पर सुनवाई के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा आदेश सुनाया है। बिहार सरकार से कहा कि जाति सर्वेक्षण का डेटा ब्रेकअप सार्वजनिक किया जाये। अदालत ने कहा, अगर कोई व्यक्ति सर्वेक्षण के किसी विशेष निष्कर्ष को चुनौती देना चाहता है तो उसके पास सर्वेक्षण का डेटा होना चाहिये। इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई 29 जनवरी को होगी। बीते साल 2 अगस्त को हाई कोर्ट में पारित आदेश में बिहार सरकार के फैसले को बरकरार रखा गया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जाति-आधारित सर्वेक्षण के फैसले को चुनौती दी गई थी।

गौरतलब है कि बीते साल अक्टूबर में बिहार सरकार के प्रभारी मुख्य सचिव विवेक सिंह ने जाति सर्वे की रिपोर्ट आंशिक रूप से जारी की थी। इसके अनुसार, बिहार में सामान्य वर्ग के लोगों की आबादी 15 प्रतिशत है। पिछड़े वर्ग की आबादी 27 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा है। वहीं अनुसूचित जाति की आबादी करीब 20 फीसदी है। सरकार की ओर से कुल 214 जातियों के आंकड़े जारी किये गये हैं। इनमें कुछ ऐसी जातियां भी हैं जिनकी कुल आबादी सौ से भी कम है। आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, राज्य की कुल आबादी 13,07,25,310 है। वहीं कुल सर्वेक्षित परिवारों की संख्या 2,83,44,107 है। इसमें पुरुषों की कुल संख्या छह करोड़ 41 लाख और महिलाओं की संख्या छह करोड़ 11 लाख है। राज्य में प्रति 1000 पुरुषों पर 953 महिलाएं हैं।

आंकड़ों के आधार पर मीडिया में आई रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, बिहार में लगभग 82% हिंदू हैं। इस्लाम धर्म के मानने वालों की संख्या 17.7% है। शेष ईसाई सिख बौद्ध जैन या अन्य धर्म मानने वालों की संख्या 1% से भी कम है। राज्य के 2146 लोगों ने अपना कोई धर्म नहीं बताया।

It is noteworthy that in October last year, Chief Secretary in-charge of Bihar Government, Vivek Singh, had partially released the report of the caste survey. According to this, the population of general category people in Bihar is 15 percent. The population of backward class is more than 27 percent. Whereas the Scheduled Caste population is about 20 percent. Data of a total of 214 castes has been released by the government. There are some castes among them whose total population is less than a hundred. According to the data, the total population of the state is 13,07,25,310. The total number of surveyed families is 2,83,44,107. In this, the total number of men is six crore 41 lakh and the number of women is six crore 11 lakh. There are 953 females per 1000 males in the state.

According to media reports based on statistics, there are approximately 82% Hindus in Bihar. The number of followers of Islam religion is 17.7%. The number of remaining Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains or followers of other religions is less than 1%. 2146 people of the state did not declare their religion.
