आज उरांव समाज रक्तदान समूह के मुख्य संचालक “ब्लडमैन” लालू कुजूर ने प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर रांची के रिम्स और जमशेदपुर के एमजीएम हॉस्पिटल के ब्लड बैंक के रवैया पर अफसोस जाहिर करते हुए कहा है कि किसी भी मरीज को अगर रक्त की आवश्यकता पड़ती है तो समय पर दोनों हॉस्पिटल के ब्लड बैंक में रक्त संबंधित ग्रुप का रक्त रहता ही नहीं है।
ब्लड बैंक में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों का कहना होता है कि आप एक दाता संबंधित ग्रुप का लाकर दीजिए तो आपको रक्त मिलेगा। अगर सा समय दाता लाकर के दे भी दिया जाता है, तो भी सा समय रक्त उपलब्ध नहीं होता है, दूसरा या तीसरा दिन मिलता है। गौरतलब है कि अखबार आदि के माध्यम से यह पता चलता है कि आए दिन विभिन्न संस्थाओं के द्वारा वृहत रक्तदान शिविर का आयोजन होता रहता है। मैं संबंधित वहां के कर्मचारियों से यह जानना चाहता हूं कि शिविर में दिया जा रहा रक्त आखिर कहां चला जाता है कि मरीज को सा समय रक्त उपलब्ध नहीं हो पाती है। मैं इस विषय में रांची और जमशेदपुर के जिला प्रशासन के साथ-साथ स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय को ध्यान आकृष्ट करते हुए कहना चाहता हूं कि इस पर विशेष रूप से ध्यान दिया जाए, ताकि मरीज को सा समय रक्त उपलब्ध किया जा सके।
आगे उन्होंने कहा कि चाईबासा में हमारी संस्था उरांव समाज रक्तदान समूह प्रतिदिन मरीज को रक्त की कमी को दूर करने हेतु प्रयासरत रहती है। इसके साथ ही साथ आज शहर में लगभग 50 से अधिक संस्थाएं बीच-बीच में रक्तदान शिविर का आयोजन करती है, ताकि मरीजों को रक्त की कमी ना हो, लेकिन झारखंड के यह दोनों महानगरों की स्थिति बहुत ही दयनीय है। इस पर विचार करना चाहिए।

I would like to draw the attention of the District Administration of Ranchi and Jamshedpur as well as the Health Ministry in this matter and say that special attention should be paid to this, so that blood can be made available to the patients on time. Along with this, today more than 50 organizations in the city organize blood donation camps from time to time, so that the patients do not face shortage of blood, but the condition of these two metros of Jharkhand is very pathetic. This should be considered.
