जिला समाहरणालय स्थित उपा युक्त के कार्यालयकक्ष में शुक्रवार को आयोजित साप्ताहिक जनता मिलन कार्यक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न शहरी एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से अपने-अपने समस्याओं को लेकर आए लोगों से डीसी रवि शंकर शुक्ला रूवरू हुए और उनकी समस्याओं से अवगत होकर समाधान की कार्रवाई की डीसी रवि शंकर शुक्ला ने बारी-बारी से मिलकर उनकी समस्याओं को सुना तथा निराकरण को लेकर संबंधित पदाधिकारियों आवेदन हस्तांतरित करते हुए नियमानुसार आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया इस दौरान जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित प्राप्त आवेदनों का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन किया गया जनता मिलन कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपायुक्त ने दूरभाष के माध्यम से पदाधिकारियों की निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि क्षेत्रीय समस्याओं का निराकरण अपने स्तर से सुनिश्चित करें ताकि लोगों को विभिन्न कार्यालय चक्कर न लगाना पड़े डीसी ने कहां विभिन्न माध्यम से प्राप्त शिकायतों पर जांच परांत आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित कर जिला मुख्यालय एवं लाभुक को सूचना दें आज जनता मिलन कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से भूमि संबंधित मामले राम बाबा मंदिर गम्हरिया में जाने वाली सड़क का निर्माण करने चांडिल प्रखंड के अंतर्गत आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र रुडिया में चयन प्रक्रिया में अनियमितता बरतने, राशन वितरण में अनियमितता राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने बद पेंशन योजना का लाभ पुनः प्रदान करने समेत अन्य मामले से संबंधित आवेदन लेकर लोग जनता मिलन कार्यक्रम में पहुंचे थे
In the weekly public meeting program organized on Friday in the office of Deputy Commissioner at the District Collectorate, DC Ravi Shankar Shukla met the people who came with their problems from various urban and rural areas of the district and after becoming aware of their problems, DC took action to solve them. Ravi Shankar Shukla listened to their problems one by one and handed over the applications to the concerned officials for their redressal and directed them to ensure necessary action as per the rules. During this, on-spot execution of applications received related to public welfare schemes was done. Janata Milan program was organized. During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed the officials through telephone and said that they should ensure the resolution of regional problems at their own level so that people do not have to visit different offices. The DC said that after investigating the complaints received through various mediums, necessary action should be taken to the district headquarters. And give information to the beneficiaries, today in the public meeting program, mainly land related matters, construction of the road leading to Ram Baba Temple Gamharia, irregularities in the selection process at Anganwadi Center Rudia under Chandil block, irregularities in ration distribution, adding names in ration cards. People had reached the public meeting program with applications related to other matters including re-providing the benefits of bad pension scheme.
