खरसावां सरायकेला सड़क पर खापर साई गांव के समीप संजय नदी पर लगभग 7 करोड़ की लागत से बना गोविंदपुर पुल एप्रीच रोड कि बिना बेकार पड़ा है यह पल 8 साल पहले बना था लेकिन एप्रीच रोड नहीं बनने से उपयोग नहीं हो रहा है जिसके कारण लोगों को आज भी आमागमन काफी परेशानी हो रही है साइकिल बाइक छोटे बाहन से लेकर बडे बाहनो की आवागमन में परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है विभाग के लापरवाही की सजा जनता भुगत रहे हैं पीडब्ल्यूडी के कार्यपालिका अभियंता गणेशाराम हेंब्रम ने कहा कि नए निर्माण दिन पुल का निर्माण सत्यम कंस्ट्रक्शन द्वारा किया जा रहा है पुल के एक छीर पर भूमि अधिग्रहण पूरा नहीं हो पाया है साथी एस्टीमेट रिवाइज नहीं होने के कारण भी पुल निर्माण में देरी हो रही है इस पुल निर्माण से सत्यम कंस्ट्रक्शन ने अपना हाथ खींच लिया है उन्होंने कहा कि एस्टीमेट रिवाइज कर अप्रूवल के लिए भेजा गया है नए सिरे से बाकी बचे पुल के निर्माण के लिए टेंडर किया जाएगा,
Govindpur bridge built at a cost of about Rs 7 crore on Sanjay river near Khapar Sai village on Kharsawan Seraikela road is lying idle without an approach road. This bridge was built 8 years ago but is not being used due to non-construction of approach road due to which people are facing problems. Even today, there is a lot of trouble in commuting. PWD Executive Engineer Ganeshram Hembram said that the bridge will be constructed on the new construction day by Satyam Construction. The land acquisition on one part of the bridge has not been completed. Friend, the construction of the bridge is getting delayed due to the estimate not being revised. Satyam Construction has withdrawn from the construction of this bridge. He said that after revising the estimate, It has been sent for approval and a fresh tender will be floated for the construction of the remaining bridge.
