पूरे राज्य के निकायों में केंद्र प्रदत्त योजनाओं को संचालित करने के लिए कार्यरत सीआरपी महिलाओं को अप्रैल माह से मानदेय नहीं दिया जा रहा है

आदित्यपुर नगर निगम समेत पूरे राज्य के निकायों में केंद्र प्रदत्त योजनाओं को संचालित करने के लिए कार्यरत सीआरपी (कम्युनिटी रिसोर्सेस पर्सन) महिलाओं को अप्रैल माह (छह माह) से मानदेय नहीं दिया जा रहा है. जबकि इन सीआरपी महिलाओं को हरमाह 5935 रुपये प्रति माह के अनुबंध पर बहाल किया गया था. सीआरपी महिलाओं का कार्य क्षेत्र में घूम-घूम कर स्वयंसेवी संगठन बनाना, उन्हें केंद्र प्रदत्त योजनाओं की जानकारी देकर उन्हें ऋण दिलाना, समय-समय पर उनके लिए कार्यशाला आयोजित करना आदि है. लेकिन अब इन सीआरपी बहनों को बिना मानदेय के ही इस वर्ष दुर्गोत्सव, दीपावली और छठ जैसे त्योहार मनाना पड़ेगा. सीआरपी महिलाओं को नगर विकास विभाग रांची जाने पर भी मानदेय मिलने के आश्वासन के बजाय दो टूक जवाब मिला है, इससे अब ये महिलाएं राज्य स्तर पर आंदोलन की ओर अग्रसर हो रही हैं.सीआरपी महिलाओं की मांग जायज है. लेकिन नगर विकास विभाग ने तकनीकी गड़बड़ी की है. इसकी वजह से इन्हे मानदेय मिलने में परेशानी हो रही है. यह कहना है नगर निगम आदित्यपुर के नगर प्रबंधक मुकुट मणि सोरेन का. उन्होंने कहा कि सीआरपी महिलाओं ने लक्ष्य के अनुरूप काम किया है और एकएक महिला ग्रुप ने 50 से अधिक संगठन को संगठित कर उन्हें ऋण आदि की सुविधाएं दिलाई हैं, लेकिन अब नगर विकास विभाग ने यह पेंच लगा दिया है कि दो महीने पूर्व जारी आदेश के बाद से लक्ष्य पूरा करें नहीं तो मानदेय नहीं मिलेगा. इससे महिलाओं के समक्ष परेशानी बढ़ गई है. इनके पूर्व के कार्यों को नजर अंदाज किया जा रहा है. जबकि इन सीआरपी महिलाओं की सहयोग से ही निकाय के कार्यों को पूरा किया जा रहा है.

The demand of the CRP women is justified. But the Urban Development Department has made a technical mistake. Because of this they are facing difficulty in getting honorarium. This is what Mukut Mani Soren, Municipal Manager of Adityapur Municipal Corporation, has to say. She said that CRP women have worked as per the target and each women’s group has organized more than 50 organizations and provided them loans etc. facilities, but now the Urban Development Department has put a twist that as per the order issued two months ago, Complete the target later otherwise you will not get honorarium. This has increased the problems faced by women. Their previous works are being ignored. Whereas the work of the body is being completed only with the cooperation of these CRP women.
