खरसावां में मनाये जानें वाले दुर्गापूजा त्योहार में शांति व्यवस्था सदभावना बनाये रखने के लिए खरसावां थाना परिसर में शांति समिति की एक बैठक अंचल अधिकारी कुमारी शीला उरांव की अध्यक्षता में की गई। इस बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि आगामी 20 अक्टुबर से 24 अक्टुबर तक दुर्गा पूजा मनाया जाएगा। पूजा-अर्चना के पूर्व साफ-सफाई करवाने, बिजली व्यवस्था दुरूस्त करते हुए बिजली खंम्बों में सीएफएल बल्ब लगाने, पेयजल व्यवस्था रखने की मांग की है। वही पूजा अर्चना के दौरान विशेष रूप से पुलिस हुड़दंगियों मचाने वालों पर विशेष नजर रखेगी। दुर्गा पूजा के पंडालों में सीसीटीवी लगाने, प्रत्येक पंडाल में कन्ट्रोल रूम बनाने, बिजली तार को सुरक्षित तरीके से लगाने, अग्नीनाश्क यंत्र लगाने, पुरूष व महिला भक्तों के दर्शन के लिए अलग अलग द्वार बनाने, रूटचाट व समय का पालन करने का निर्देश दिया गया। इसके अलावे त्योहार को उत्साह एवं सुख शांति पुर्वक मनाने की अपील की गई है। दुर्गा पूजा के दौरान जगह जगह सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के लिए जवानो की तैनाती करने, स्वास्थ केन्द्र खुला रखने का निर्णय लिया गया। त्योहार को शांति व्यवस्था एवं सदभावना के साथ मनाने का निर्णय लिया गया। वही त्योहार में भाई चारगी का संदेश देने आदि निर्णय लिया गया। खरसावां के बजारसाही स्थित सरकारी दुर्गा मंदिर, सेवा संघ पूजा समिति तलसाही, श्री श्री दुर्गा पूजा समिति बेहरासाई में पूजा अर्चना की जाती है। इस दौरान बैठक में मुख्य रूप से
