पुलिस ने 22 दिनों में किया परमेश्वर सरदार हत्याकांड का खुलासा : खरसावां
खरसावां: पुलिस ने खरसावां- सीनी मुख्य मार्ग के रायडीह पुलिया के समीप झाड़ी से बरामद मृतक परमेश्वर सरदार के शव मामले का खुलासा करते हुए मुख्य अभियुक्त रवि मछुआ को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है.
गिरफ्त में आए रवि मछुआ ने अपने स्वीकारोक्ति बयान में बताया कि गाली- गलौज से तंग आकर पत्थर से कुचलकर परमेश्वर सरदार को मौत के घाट उतारा दिया था. साथ ही साक्ष्य छुपाने के लिए मृतक के शव को झाड़ियों में फेंक दिया था.हत्याकांड का खुलासा करते हुए खरसावां थाना प्रभारी पिंटू महथा बताया कि विगत 31 मार्च 2023 को खरसावां- सीनी मुख्य मार्ग के रायडीह पुलिया के समीप झाड़ियों से सड़े- गले अवस्था में अज्ञात शव बरामद किया गया था. शव की पहचान खरसावां के बाघराईडीह गांव निवासी परमेश्वर सरदार उर्फ पीला (45), पिता- स्वर्गीय कैलाश सरदार के रूप में हुआ था. घटनास्थल पर खून के धब्बे लगे थे. मृतक की पत्नी श्रीमती सरदारिन के बयान के आधार पर खरसावां थाना में मामला दर्ज किया गया था. पुलिस अनुसंधान में पाया गया, कि विगत 31 मार्च को बुधवार के दिन खरसावां रायडीह पुलिया के समीप जमबडीह साप्ताहिक हाट लगा था. पुलिया के समीप शाम को लगभग 5 बजे शराब के नशे में खरसावां के बाघराईडीह के निवासी परमेश्वर सरदार के द्वारा आने जाने वालों के साथ गाली- गलौज कर रहा था. इसी क्रम में खरसावां के धातकीडीह निवासी रवि मछुआ (22), पिता श्रीकांत मछुआ खरसावां के संतारी गांव से सेंटरिंग का काम करके अपने घर लौट रहा था. पुलिया के समीप परमेश्वर सरकार ने रवि मछुआ का कॉलर पकड़कर गाली गलौज करते हुए दो झाप मारा. इसके बावजूद अभियुक्त रवि मछुआ कुछ नहीं बोला. फिर भी परमेश्वर सरदार गाली गलौज करता रहा. जिससे परेशान होकर अभियुक्त रवि मछुआ ने परमेश्वर सरदार को झाप मारा. थप्पड़ की मार से परमेश्वर सरदार गिर पडा. रवि मछुआ अपने दोस्त बाबूराम सरदार के साथ वहां बैठकर अन्य लोगों के जाने का इंतजार करता रहा. जमबडीह हाट से सभी के चले जाने के बाद पुन: परमेश्वर सरदार उठा और भाग रहा था. फिर अभियुक्त रवि मछुआ दौड़ कर उसका पीछा किया और उसको मारा. जिससे परमेश्वर सरदार बेहोश होकर कर पुल मे गिर गया. अभियुक्त ने घसीट कर परमेश्वर सरदार को पुलिया के दूसरे छोर ले गया. इसके बाद पैर से उसके गले पर चढ़कर दबा दिया. अभियुक्त का साथी उसे जान से मारने से मना किया. फिर भी अभियुक्त नहीं माना और बगल में पड़ा पत्थर उठाकर मारने लगा. यह देखकर अभियुक्त का साथी बाबूराम सरदार वहां से भाग गया. अभियुक्त रवि मछुआ काफी गुस्से में था. पत्थर उठाकर परमेश्वर सरदार के सिर पर तीन बार वॉर किया. बार- बार पत्थर से कुचल कर परमेश्वर सरदार को मौत के घाट उतार दिया. इसके बाद साक्ष्य छुपाने के नीयत से अभियुक्त ने मृतक के शव को झाड़ी में फेंक दिया और वहां से फरार हो गया. घटना के 22 दिनों के अंदर खरसावां पुलिस ने परमेश्वर सरदार हत्याकांड का खुलासा करते हुए अभियुक्त रवि मछुआ को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया. परमेश्वर सरदार हत्याकांड का खुलासा करने वालों में खरसावां थाना प्रभारी पिंटू महथा, लव कुमार चौधरी व खरसावां की सैट टीम व रिजर्व गार्ड के सशस्त्र बल शामिल थे.
Kharsawan: Disclosing the case of the body of the deceased Parmeshwar Sardar recovered from a bush near Raidih Pulia of Kharsawan-Sini main road, the police arrested the main accused Ravi Machhua and sent him to judicial custody.
Ravi Machhua, who was arrested, told in his confession statement that after being fed up of abuses, he crushed Parmeshwar Sardar to death by crushing him with a stone. Along with this, the body of the deceased was thrown into the bushes to hide the evidence. Disclosing the murder case, Kharsawan police station in-charge Pintu Mahtha said that on March 31, 2023, near Raidih Pulia of Kharsawan-Sini main road, it was lying in a rotten state. The unidentified body was recovered. The body was identified as Parmeshwar Sardar alias Peela (45), father-late Kailash Sardar, resident of Baghraidih village of Kharsawan. There were blood stains on the spot. On the basis of the statement of the wife of the deceased Mrs. Sardarin, a case was registered in Kharsawan police station. Police research found that Jambadih weekly market was organized near Kharsawan Raidih Pulia on Wednesday, 31st March. Near the culvert, Parmeshwar Sardar, a resident of Kharsawan’s Baghraidih, was abusing and abusing the passers-by in an inebriated state at around 5 pm. In this sequence, Ravi Machhua (22), a resident of Dhatkidih of Kharsawan, father Shrikant Machhua was returning home after doing centering work from Santari village of Kharsawan. Near the culvert, Parmeshwar Sarkar slapped Ravi fisherman while abusing him by holding his collar. Despite this, the accused Ravi Machhua did not say anything. Even then Parmeshwar Sardar kept on abusing. Disturbed by this, the accused Ravi Machhua slapped Parmeshwar Sardar. Parmeshwar Sardar fell due to the slap. Ravi Machhua along with his friend Baburam Sardar sat there waiting for other people to leave. After everyone had left Jambadih Haat, Parmeshwar Sardar got up again and was running. Then accused Ravi Machhua ran and chased him and killed him. Due to which Parmeshwar Sardar fainted and fell into the bridge. The accused dragged Parmeshwar Sardar to the other end of the culvert. After this, he climbed on his neck with his feet and pressed him. The accomplice of the accused refused to kill him
