Sudan crisis: हफ्ते भर की जंग में तबाह हो गया सूडान, 400 लोगों की मौत, हजारों लोग बेघर, संघर्ष अब भी जारी

*Sudan:* सूडान पिछले एक हफ्ते से जल रहा है. सूडान में 15 अप्रैल से सेना और अर्धसैनिक बलों के बीच जारी संघर्ष में अब तक 400 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. राजधानी खार्तूम सहित सूडान के कई शहर तबाह हो चुके हैं

सूडान में जान-माल का भारी नुकसान हुआ है. बावजूद इसके जंग अभी जारी है.

सूडान में सेना प्रमुख जनरल अब्देल फत्ताह अल बुरहान और आरएसएफ के प्रमुख जनरल मोहम्मद हमदान दगालो के बीच वर्चस्व की जंग जारी है. सूडान में सेना और अर्धसैनिक बलों के बीच जंग कौन जीतेगा, इस बात को लेकर भी चर्चा होने लगी है. विशेषज्ञों का मानना ​​है कि अल-बुरहान की सेना आरएसएफ की तुलना में अधिक मजबूत है. ऐसे में अर्धसैनिक बलों के जीत की संभावना कम लगती है. हालांकि शहरी क्षेत्रों में अर्धसैनिक बल के जवान सेना पर हावी रहेंगे.

*पड़ोसी देशों के लिए भी खतरा*

अलजजीरा की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, जारी हिंसा की चपेट में और कई मुख्य शहर जल्दी ही आ सकते हैं. मालूम हो कि यह हिंसक झड़प सूडान की राजधानी खार्तूम से शुरू हुई थी लेकिन अब इस जंग ने ओमडुरमैन और दारफुर समेत कई शहरों को अपनी गिरफ्त में ले लिया है. इंटरनेशनल क्राइसिस ग्रुप का कहना है कि सेना और अद्धसैनिक बलों के बीच जारी यह हिंसा एक युद्ध का रूप ले रही है. आगे चल कर इस युद्ध का प्रभाव पड़ोसी देशों पर भी पड़ सकता है ऐसे में भयावह स्थिति उत्पन्न हो सकती है.

*सूडान से बाहर आ सकती है लड़ाई*

वाशिंगटन स्थित सेंटर फॉर स्ट्रैटेजिक एंड इंटरनेशनल स्टडीज के कैमरून हडसन का कहना है कि हिंसा सूडान की सीमाओं के पार बढ़ सकती है. हडसन कहते हैं कि चुनौती यह है कि संघर्ष देश के हर कोने में फैला हुआ है. ऐसे में यह लड़ाई सूडान के बाहर आती है तो इसमें किसी को हैरानी नहीं होनी चाहिए

मालूम हों कि जारी हिंसा के बीच खार्तूम में कई अस्पताल बंद हो गए हैं. इस हिंसा के बीच भारत के भी कई लोग सूडान के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में फंसे हैं. यौन शोषण, बलात्कार जैसी घटनाएं यहां काफी बढ़ गई है. बताते चलें कि सूडान में अक्तूबर 2021 में नागरिकों और सेना की संयुक्त सरकार का तख्तापलट हुआ था. जिसके बाद से ही सेना और अर्धसैनिक बल आमने-सामने हैं

In the future, this war can affect the neighboring countries as well, in which case a dangerous situation can arise.

The war may come out of Sudan

Cameron Hudson of the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies says the violence could extend beyond Sudan’s borders. The challenge, Hudson says, is that the struggle is spread across the length and breadth of the country. In such a situation, it should not surprise anyone if this fight comes outside Sudan.

It may be known that amid the ongoing violence, many hospitals in Khartoum have been closed. In the midst of this violence, many people from India are also trapped in different parts of Sudan. Incidents like sexual exploitation, rape have increased a lot here. Let us tell that in October 2021 there was a coup of the joint government of civilians and army in Sudan. Since then the army and the paramilitary forces are at loggerheads.
