जनता मिलन कार्यक्रम के दौरान व्यक्तिगत सामाजिक समस्याओं के निराकरण को लेकर जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्र के लोगों ने उपायुक्त रविशंकर शुक्ल से मुलाकात की उपायुक्त रवि शंकर शुक्ला ने उनकी समस्या सुनी और जांचोपरात नियम संगत समाधान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए संबंधित पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया जनता दरबार में जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित प्राप्त आवेदन का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन किया गया इस दौरान दूर भाषा के माध्यम से वार्ता करते हुए डीसी ने पदाधिकारी को निर्देश किया की विभिन्न माध्यम से प्राप्त शिकायतों पर नियम संगत कार्रवाई करें तथा प्रत्येक मंगलवार शुक्रवार को अपने कार्यालय में जनता मिलन आयोजित कर स्थानीय स्तर पर लोगों की शिकायतों का निराकरण करें ताकि लोगों को विभिन्न कार्यालय का चक्कर न लगाना पड़े जनता मिलन कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से भूमि संबंधित मामले राजेंद्र प्रखंड के अंतर्गत छोटा दावना में बडे वाहन रीकने, सरायकेला प्रखंड के अंतर्गत मुड़ कम में अवैध बालू उठाव पर कार्रवाई करने इचागढ़ अंचल क्षेत्र में उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बनाने राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने मुख्यमंत्री गंभीर बीमारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान करने समेत अन्य मामले से संबंधित आवेदन प्राप्त हुए।
During the Janata Milan program, people from different areas of the district met Deputy Commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla regarding the resolution of personal social problems. Deputy Commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla listened to their problems and after investigation, directed the concerned officer to ensure a solution as per the rules in the Janata Darbar. The applications received related to public welfare schemes were executed on the spot. During this, while talking through remote language, the DC directed the officers to take action as per rules on the complaints received through various mediums and hold public meetings in their office every Tuesday and Friday. Organize and resolve people’s complaints at the local level so that people do not have to make rounds of various offices. In the public meeting program, mainly land related issues like parking of big vehicles in Chhota Dawna under Rajendra block and illegal parking in Mud Kam under Seraikela block. Applications were received related to taking action on sand lifting, building a sub-health center in Ichagarh zone, adding names in ration cards, providing benefits of Chief Minister Critical Illness Schemes and other matters.
