पश्चिम सिंहभूम जिला अंतर्गत खूंटपानी प्रखंड के भोया पंचायत गाँव बिंज हॉर्टिकल्चर कॉलेज बिरसा एग्रीकल्चर यूनिवर्सिटी रांची का औचक निरीक्षण प्रखंड के प्रखंड प्रमुख श्री सिद्धार्थ होनहागा और प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी जागो महतो के द्वारा शिक्षा को लेकर निरीक्षण किया गया, निरीक्षण के द्वारा विद्यार्थियों से पूछताछ भी किया गया,विभिन्न समस्याओं के बारे, टीचर गणों से भी पूछताछ किया गया, भोजन का भी निरीक्षण किया गया, भोजन में कुछ खामियां पाई गई। प्रखंड प्रमुख श्री सिद्धार्थ होनहागा और प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी जागो महतो के द्वारा बच्चों के करियर पर काउंसलिंग भी किया गया और बच्चों को भविष्य में अच्छे नागरिक बनने का सलाह दिया गया। प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के द्वारा बच्चों को शिक्षक और विद्यार्थियों के बीच समन्वयक रूप स्थापित करने के लिए कहा गया और कैरियर पर फोकस करने के लिए दिशा निर्देश दिए, करियर गाइडेंस के द्वारा भी बच्चों को प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के द्वारा सभी क्षेत्र के कॉम्पिटिशन पर बच्चों को फोकस किया। प्रखंड प्रमुख श्री सिद्धार्थ होनहागा ने विद्यार्थियों से कहा शिक्षा ही विद्यार्थियों का पहला संवैधानिक अधिकार है। शिक्षा के बिना जिंदगी अधूरी है। सही शिक्षा से ही अपने उज्जवल भविष्य के लिए कामयाबी हासिल कर सकते हैं। शिक्षा से ही अपने माता-पिता का सपना और खुद का सपना साकार कर सकते हैं। जिंदगी की लंबी लड़ाई शिक्षा से ही दूर हो सकती है। प्रखंड प्रमुख के द्वारा हॉर्टिकल्चर कॉलेज में स्थित विभिन्न समस्याओं को निराकरण करते हुए विद्यार्थियों को कहा सप्ताह में एक दिन मेडिकल टीम और डॉक्टर विद्यार्थियों को जांच करने आएगी और स्वस्थ से संबंधित सहायता भी प्रदान करेगी। कॉलेज में ओपन जिम की भी सुविधा देने की बात रखी, इंडोर गेम की भी व्यवस्था और विद्यार्थियों को बीमार होने पर एंबुलेंस की व्यवस्था, कॉलेज बस की व्यवस्था पर प्रखंड प्रमुख श्री सिद्धार्थ होनहागा ने जिला के उपायुक्त महोदय से लिखित आवेदन देखकर कुछ समस्याओं को अवगत कराने की बात रखी। मौके पर टीचर गण और सभी विद्यार्थी मौजूद थे।
