खूंटपानी में बीस सूत्री कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन समिति की हुई बैठक, विकास योजनाओं में तेजी लाने का दिया निर्देश

खुंटपानी प्रखंड सभागार में 20 सूत्री कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन समिति की बैठक उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गोप की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुई। बैठक में प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी जागो महतो, अंचल पदाधिकारी रवि कुमार आनंद, ओपी प्रभारी सहित सभी विभागों के अधिकारी और एनजीओ के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे। बैठक में सभी विभाग के कार्यों की बारी-बारी से समीक्षा करते हुए प्रगति प्रतिवेदन का आकलन किया गया। बैठक में विभिन्न स्कूलों में खराब पड़े सोलर जलमीनारों को मरम्मत कराने की मांग प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी ने की। जिस पर प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी द्वारा जल्द ही पंचायतों में उपलब्ध फंड से मरम्मत कराने का निर्देश दिया गया। बैंकों में खाता नहीं खुलने से सरकार से लाभुकों को मिलने वाली सरकारी अनुदान, पेंशन सहित बच्चों के स्कूल ड्रेस एवं छात्रवृति का वितरण भी लंबित होने की बात सामने आई। जिस पर विभिन्न बैंकों से आये प्रतिनिधियों को अविलंब खाता खोलने का निर्देश दिया गया। इसके अलावा मनरेगा पार्क बनाने, सभी सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ जन-जन तक हर हाल में पहूंचाने का निर्देश पदाधिकारियों को दिया गया। बैठक में प्रखंड 20 सूत्री कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन समिति के सदस्य जयसिंह पूरती, जयसिंह बोदरा, बबलू गोडसोरा सहित सभी पंचायत सेवक, जनसेवक, रोजगार सेवक, प्रखंड कृषि पदाधिकारी, मनरेगा बीपीओ शामिल रहे।

The meeting of the 20-point program implementation committee was held in the Khuntapani Block Auditorium under the chairmanship of Vice President Rahul Gop. Block Development Officer Jago Mahato, Circle Officer Ravi Kumar Anand, OP in-charge, officials of all departments and representatives of NGOs were present in the meeting. In the meeting, the work of all the departments was reviewed one by one and the progress report was assessed. In the meeting, the Block Education Extension Officer demanded the repair of damaged solar water towers in various schools. On which the Block Development Officer directed to get the repairs done soon from the funds available in the Panchayats. Due to non-opening of bank accounts, it came to light that the distribution of government grants, pensions and children’s school uniforms and scholarships to the beneficiaries from the government was also pending. On which the representatives from various banks were instructed to open accounts immediately. Apart from this, instructions were given to the officials to build MNREGA park and ensure that the benefits of all government schemes reach the people at all costs. Block 20 Point Program Implementation Committee members Jaisingh Purti, Jaisingh Bodra, Bablu Godsora and all Panchayat servants, public servants, employment servants, Block Agriculture Officers, MNREGA BPOs were present in the meeting.
