पत्नी को लेने ससुराल गए युवक की पीट पीटकर हत्या,पड़ोसियों ने कहा युवक के साथ जमकर मारपीट की गई…पुलिस जांच में जुटी*

जमशेदपुर।कदमा ग्रीन पार्क एलआईजी फ्लैट के डी-ब्लॉक में शुक्रवार सुबह करीब 11.15 बजे भुइयांडीह निर्मल नगर निवासी निखिल रॉय (25) की धारदार हथियार से हमला कर हत्या कर दी गई। हत्या का आरोप निखिल के दोनों साले क्रमश: विक्की कुमार शर्मा और सन्नी कुमार शर्मा पर लगा है। हत्या के पूर्व बहनोई के साथ हाथापाई में दोनों साले भी घायल हुए हैं।इस सम्बंध में मृतक की माँ पापु रॉय ने कदमा थाने में निखिल के दोनों सालों, पत्नी हन्नी कुमारी, सास रेणु देवी व ससुर सत्येंद्र शर्मा पर हत्या का आरोप लगाते हुए लिखित शिकायत की है। पापु रॉय ने बताया- निखिल सागर होटल (साकची) के बार में वेटर का काम करता था।

इधर, सूचना पर कदमा पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और निखिल को एमजीएम अस्पताल ले गई। वहां डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया। शव को पोस्टमार्टम हाउस भेजा।

बेहोश निखिल को दोनों साले लात मार रहे थे, विरोध करने पर मुझे भी पीटा

पापु रॉय ने बताया- निखिल ने 5 साल पहले हन्नी कुमारी से प्रेम विवाह किया था। शादी के बाद बेटा हुआ, जो अब 4 साल का है। बहू गुरुवार को मायके गई थी। देर शाम निखिल बहू को लेने गया था। वहां बहू के दोनों भाइयों ने निखिल की पिटाई की। फिर कदमा थाने में शिकायत कर दी। पुलिस निखिल को थाने ले गई। उसे रातभर थाने में रखा।सुबह थाना से छूटने के बाद निखिल फिर पत्नी को लेने उसके मायके गया तो सालों ने उसकी हत्या कर दी। मारपीट की सूचना पर वह (पापु रॉय) जब कदमा पहुंचीं तो निखिल बेहोश पड़ा था। फिर भी दोनों साले उसे लात मार रहे थे। विरोध करने पर सालों ने उन्हें (पापु) भी पीटा। पापु रॉय ने बताया- उनके पति दीपक रॉय का एक साल पूर्व बीमारी से निधन हो चुका है, जबकि बेटी की शादी हो चुकी है।

आरोपी साले बोले- खुद पर चाकू-ब्लेड से किया वार

​​​​​​​दोनों सालों ने बताया- थाना से छूटने के बाद निखिल उनके घर पहुंचा और बहन को जबरन अपने साथ ले जाने लगा। विरोध करने पर निखिल खुद पर ब्लेड व चाकू से वार करने लगा। दोनों ने रोकना चाहा तो निखिल ने उनपर भी हमला कर दिया, जिससे वे दोनों घायल हो गए। निखिल उनकी बहन को प्रताड़ित करता था। इस कारण बहन मायके आ गई थी।

पड़ोसियों ने कहा- निखिल के साथ जमकर की गई मारपीट

पड़ोसियों ने कहा- गुरुवार रात सड़क पर दोनों पक्षों के बीच विवाद हुआ था। पुलिस आई और निखिल को थाने ले गई। शुक्रवार सुबह निखिल दोबारा ससुराल आया तो दोनों सालों ने घर से सभी लोगों को बाहर निकाल दिया और दरवाजा बंद कर निखिल के साथ जमकर मारपीट की। उसका सिर भी दीवार पर खूब मारा। संभवत: अंदरुनी चोट से उसकी मौत हो गई।

In this regard, the mother of the deceased, Papu Roy, filed a complaint at the Kadma police station accusing Nikhil’s two brothers, wife Honey Kumari, mother-in-law Renu Devi and father-in-law Satyendra Sharma of murder. Have complained. Papu Roy told- Nikhil used to work as a waiter in the bar of Sagar Hotel (Sakchi).

Here, on information, Kadma police reached the spot and took Nikhil to MGM Hospital. There the doctors declared him dead. The dead body was sent to the post mortem house.

Papu Roy told- Nikhil had a love marriage with Honey Kumari 5 years ago. After marriage, a son was born, who is now 4 years old. The daughter-in-law went to her maternal home on Thursday. Late in the evening Nikhil went to pick up his daughter-in-law. There both the brothers of the daughter-in-law beat up Nikhil. Then complained in Kadma police station. The police took Nikhil to the police station. Kept him in the police station overnight. After being released from the police station in the morning, Nikhil again went to his maternal home to pick up his wife, and Saal killed him. When she (Papu Roy) reached Kadma on the information of the fight, Nikhil was lying unconscious. Still both the brothers were kicking him. Saal also beat him (Papu) for protesting. Papu Roy told- Her husband Deepak Roy had passed away a year ago due to illness, while the daughter is married.

Accused brother-in-law said – attacked himself with knife-blade

Both the brothers told that after being released from the police station, Nikhil reached their house and forcibly took the sister with them. On protesting, Nikhil started attacking himself with a blade and knife. When both tried to stop them, Nikhil attacked them as well, injuring them both. Nikhil used to torture his sister. For this reason the sister had come to her maternal home.
