झारखंड में हुई अनोखे विवाह की पहल, 50 लिव इन पार्टनर्स की हुई एक साथ शादी!

रांची : झारखंड में साल-दर-साल से हजारों जोड़ियां लिव इन रिलेशनशिप जैसे रिश्ते के साथ रहती चली आ रही हैं. बता दें कि झारखंड के जनजातीय बहुल इलाकों में ऐसे कई रिश्तों की उम्र तो 40-50 साल की हो चुकी है. जनजातीय क्षेत्रों में इस लिव-इन के रिश्ते को लोग ‘ढुकु’के नाम से जानते हैं. अब झारखंड में उन रिश्तों को कानूनी और सामाजिक मान्यता दिलाने की मुहिम चल रही है.

बता दें झारखंड में ऐसी हजारों जोड़ियां है जो एक छत के नीचे एक साथ बरसों से रह रही है लेकिन बहुतेरे कारणों से अपने रिश्ते को शादी का नाम नहीं दे पातीं. ऐसे में कुछ स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं की पहल पर पिछले चार-पांच वर्षों से ऐसे लिव इन के रिश्तों को कानूनी और सामाजिक मान्यता प्राप्त कराने के लिए ऐसी जोड़ियों के सामूहिक विवाह का अभियान शुरू हुआ है.
बता दें झारखंड के खूंटी जिला मुख्यालय में स्वयंसेवी संस्था निमित्त की ओर से आयोजित एक समारोह में 50 ऐसी ही जोड़ियां सामाजिक और कानूनी तौर पर शादी के बंधन में बंध गईं. बतातें चले कि इस मौके पर जिले के डीसी शशि रंजन एवं उपविकास आयुक्त नीतीश कुमार सिंह सहित कई अतिथि मौजूद रहे. डीसी शशि रंजन ने कहा कि लिव इन रिलेशन में रहने वाले परिवारों के लिए यह उम्मीद भरा कार्यक्रम है.
विवाह बंधन में बंध रहे दंपतियों को जिला प्रशासन की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ा जाएगा और उनके विवाह का निबंधन भी कराया जाएगा. वहीं संस्था की सचिव निकिता सिन्हा ने बताया कि झारखंड के जनजातीय इलाकों में ऐसी कई जोड़ियां चिन्हित की गयी हैं, जो वर्ष से ढुकु रिश्ते के नाम पर एक घर में रह रही हैं लेकिन आज तक सामाजिक और कानूनी तौर पर उनकी शादी मान्य नहीं है.
बता दें झारखंड में ढुकु परंपरा के पीछे की सबसे बड़ी वजह यहां की आर्थिक मजबूरी है. क्योंकि आदिवासी समाज में यह अनिवार्य परपंरा है कि शादी के उपलक्ष्य में पूरे गांव के लिए भोज का इंतजाम किया जाता है. ये भोज के लिए मीट-चावल के साथ पेय पदार्थ हड़िया का भी इंतजाम करना अनिवार्य है. ऐसे में कई लोग गरीबी की वजह से इस प्रकार की व्यवस्था नहीं कर पाते
यही बड़ी वजह बनती जिसके कारण वे बिना शादी किए साथ में रहने लगते हैं. ज्यादातर जोड़ियों की कई संतानें भी हैं. मगर समाज की प्रथाओं के कारण अनुसार शादी न होने की वजह से इन संतानों को जमीन-जायदाद पर अधिकार नहीं मिल पाता यही नहीं बच्चों को पिता का नाम भी नहीं मिल पाता. मालूम हो कि झारखंड में ढुकु शब्द का अर्थ है ढुकना या घुसना.
वहीं जब कोई महिला बिना शादी किए ही किसी पुरुष के घर में घुस जाती है यानी रहने लगती है तो उसे ढुकनी के नाम से जाना जाता है और ऐसे जोड़ों को ढुकु कहा जाता है. ऐसी महिलाओं को आदिवासी समाज सिंदूर लगाने की भी अनुमति नहीं देता.

Let us tell you that 50 such couples were socially and legally tied in marriage in a function organized by the NGO Nimit in Jharkhand’s Khunti district headquarters. It goes on to say that on this occasion many guests including District DC Shashi Ranjan and Deputy Development Commissioner Nitish Kumar Singh were present. DC Shashi Ranjan said that this is a hopeful program for the families living in live-in relationship.
The couples getting married will be connected with the welfare schemes of the district administration and their marriage will also be registered. On the other hand, the organization’s secretary Nikita Sinha said that many such couples have been identified in the tribal areas of Jharkhand, who have been living in a house in the name of Dhukku relationship for years, but till date their marriage is not valid socially and legally.
The biggest reason behind the Dhukku tradition in Jharkhand is the economic compulsion here. Because it is a mandatory tradition in the tribal society that on the occasion of marriage, a feast is arranged for the whole village. Along with meat and rice for this feast, it is mandatory to make arrangements for Hadiya, a beverage. In such a situation, many people are unable to make such arrangements due to poverty.
