झारखंड हाइकोर्ट ने जगन्नाथपुर मंदिर की नई कमिटी की वित्तीय शक्तियों पर अदालत ने फिलहाल रोक लगा दी है.
रांची: झारखंड हाइकोर्ट ने जगन्नाथपुर मंदिर की नई कमिटी की वित्तीय शक्तियों पर रोक लगा दी है. पुरानी कमेटी के पूर्व सचिव चंद्रकांत रायपत की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए हाइकोर्ट ने यह आदेश दिया है. उनकी याचिका पर झारखंड हाइकोर्ट के न्यायाधीश जस्टिस डॉ. एसएन पाठक की अदालत में सुनवाई हुई. अदालत अब इस मामले में 11 जनवरी को सुनवाई करेगा. अपनी याचिका में चंद्रकांत रायपत ने धार्मिक हिंदू न्यास कमिटी के द्वारा गठित नई मंदिर कमिटी को अवैध बताया है. धार्मिक हिंदू न्यास कमिटी के द्वारा जुलाई 2021 में भारत सदस्य नई कमिटी का गठन किया गया था. इसके लिए पूर्व की कमिटी को भंग कर दिया गया था. जिसके बाद पुराने कमिटी के पूर्व सचिव चंद्रकांत रायपत ने झारखंड हाइकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था. उन्होंने कहा कि पुरानी कमिटी को भंग नहीं किया जा सकता है. उसे सिर्फ अवक्रमित किया जा सकता है. वहीं उन्होंने न्यास समिति के प्रशासक के आदेश पर भी सवाल उठाये. उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासक की नियुक्ति भी अवैध है. ऐसे में उनके द्वारा पारित किया हुआ है. आदेश भी गलत है, इसको देखते हुए अदालत ने फिलहाल कमेटी के वित्तीय शक्ति पर रोक लगा दी है.
